I investigated 7 different companies before asking for information and quotes from 4 for our coins. The other 3 had hard to navigate and understand websites. Yours and another 2 had websites that were conducive to a good experience. Of the final 3, your artwork was (by far) the better quality product, and your pricing was competitive. You were very flexible and understanding with my many requests for changes, giving prompt response. The final proof looks fantastic and I'm looking forward to having the coins in my hands for feel and touch. My overall ordering experience has been pain free and very timely. We will definitely recommend you to others and use your company again.
I found the folks that I dealt with to be very helpful and accommodating. I am a little concerned about the various warnings that there is no "guarantee" on a delivery date. I would imagine that in many cases (definitely in mine) the delivery time is crucial. I hope that the verbal assurances will prevail and that I will receive the coins in time for the planned event.
I appreciated the efforts of those with whom I spoke and look forward to receiving the coins.
After I received the coins, in plenty of time and ahead of schedule, I was slightly disappointed in the legibility of the inscription and felt that I should have either been prepared by being told with all of my requested would make legibility difficult. Quality of coins was good.
From my lousy sketch they came back with something that was even better than I imagined. Had to go to a 2nd proof because I decided to try and add something. They pulled off what I didn't think they could. The proof looks OUTSTANDING! And the real thing is possibly even better!

We LOVE the challenge coins that we received! On both sides of our 2" coins we had pictures of our work locations and they turned out beautifully! The quality is impeccable and I received outstanding customer service throughout the whole process. Also, they arrived before the expected delivery date!
