I would have liked to speak to someone about this order. I called but they said I had to email.

I shouldn't have to sign up to your mailing list to get tickets to an event. Very sneaky way to get an email.

I wish that it could help me with typing my sentences because I still am not the best at typing good full sentences and I was trying to get better at not typing run-on sentences. Thank you but overall it is a good app. I don't have a business so I chose a random here is proof of purchase.

Have used this site for many years and have never been disappointed.

Quick and easy. I wish there had been an option to delay the email to the gift recipient. I put in the father's email, because of this.

I update my card in my account twice and then clicked on complete my purchase in my cart, but it still only showed my old card as the option for using a saved payment method. Probably just a glitch.

So far so good, but I still need to take the next steps to order.

Last March I planned to have my daughter's 6th birthday party at Skyzone. Pressed for money, I purchased tickets through CertifiKID.
Then COVID struck and I had to cancel her party for the sake of doing our part to keep everyone safe. CertifiKID refused to refund my money and instead gave me a credit. I wrote 2 emails begging for a refund so I would have the money to put towards an alternate birthday plan for my daughter and they still refused. I thought they'd have a heart especially in difficult times, but nope. Here we are a year later, still fighting COVID, and my money still sits in their bank, not mine. There are never any offers on their website that are of use to my family, especially now because almost everything is still shut down due to the pandemic. So once again, I'm trying to plan something special for my daughter's pandemic birthday #2, with a credit I'm unable to use.
