I cannot remove my old card. I cannot add a new card or remove my old expired card. Therefore I cannot purchase discounted tickets through the Certifikid website.

I don't understand why there are errors. I used a valid credit card for the purchase. In the past, I haven't had issues, but this purchase didn't work last week or this week. I would like it to share why there is an error rather than just say there's an error.

I could tell what the stipulations of my purchase were.
It refused to take my new credit card when I was at the checkout cart (I clicked on "change payment type"). I had to go to my account and add new card. After that it still defaulted to my previous card and I had to go delete it. The system should allow more than 1 card being saved on the system. Quite inconvenient.
