This is a scam. First of all it says 7 day free trial and they charge your card immediately. This is fake. There is nowhere refund option, chatbot never responds, you can't find anyone on customer service and this is how you say goodbye to your money. Don't fall into the trap of 7 day free trial. Block this sit asap

Paid.99 for a one week trial. The "cancellation bot" was impossible to use, as the email cancellation codes were purposefully delayed 10min or more, and by that time the bot wouldn't take the code. Their contact phone number immediately goes to "user busy". Complained via email after being charged $19.99 (on the 7th day, not after, trial was purposefully not a full week) explained the situation, and that I'm not paying for it. Got referred to policy and told "…appreciate your understanding ". Said I did not understand, explained cancellation issues again, requested refund. Received "sorry, we do make exceptions, but reviewed your case and cannot offer exception". So I just disputed with my CC company. Screw these crooks.
