I subscribed to their service Ultra Pack 4-in-1 Bundle with a discount and when I tried to cancel immediately without using it, they refused a refund. The cancellation process was also complex, in my opinion using a deliberate poor UX to ensure it is not easy to unsubscribe. Such practices are illegal in my country, requiring refunds within 24h if unused. This may be legal in the US, but it's unethical. I've lost trust and won't use their services again.

I took the IQ test and was offered a trial for $.99 to see the results. I bought it because clearly, my IQ is not 113 as the test results showed; it must be much lower to fall for the scam they are running. Afterward, I was presented with a series of offers to bypass the trial and sign up for different services. I am certain I clicked no/skip, yet I was charged over $48, which I did not authorize. Interestingly, my Apple device usually asks me to confirm purchases, but it did not prompt me this time. I am sure I did not authorize any additional purchases, and I am puzzled as to how they are getting away with this. If they are a legitimate site, it is questionable why they allow such practices and have a no-refund policy, which further indicates their shady operations

Absolute pieces of work. I got double charged $1.5 to sign up for results. I started a FREE TRIAL and cancelled using their bot however I was charged $19.99 US. I attempted to cancel again and was charged $19.99 again. Upon finding their email, I was sent a generic response. I even found screenshot evidence of the cancellations and yet they kept referring me back to my original, closed ticket providing no further response. Report these scammers to the BBB and dispute the transaction through your bank! They will not refund you.

So all the good reviews of this site are fake, the only real reviews are the one star ones. If you notice all the good reviewers only have two reviews on their accounts and all the reviews are for a related product. Anyways the site is a scam and the Facebook ad is fake.

They lead you through 30 visual puzzles, before you find out you have to subscribe to get results, at $19.95 per week! Yes you can get results for $.99 and cancel. (At least I hope my cancellation went through). I would have been satisfied if they would have provided the correct answers to compare mine to, but they don't. They provide a detailed "analysis" with nothing to support it. It reminded me of the time as a kid, when my friend and I spent a dollar each to submit a handwriting analysis to a machine. The next day we repeated the test and I got the same set of personality attributes that my friend got the day before.
Bottom line, my falling for the scam demonstrated I'm not as smart as I thought I was.

I was looking to take the IQ test, once I was finished, it asks you for a card and to pay 0.99 euros, i just wanted to see the IQ score, they charged me 44 euros. I contacted them and they did not care.
