I've been billed 19,99€ + 0,99€ instead of only a 0,99€ for 7 day trial period...
They ask too many questions and if you don't pay attention to one, they charge you who knows how much money, and if you want to cancel, you have to search for a solution on Google...

I signed up for the initial offer which was $1.99 and then they charged another $45 without my consent. Online I can see now that this is their common practice. Don't sign up unless you want unauthorized charges.
I called but they refer to a no refund policy. What a scam!

Bait and switch
December 22, 2024

The IQ test draws you in. You then pay for the report as subscription service. All fair enough. You then get taken through a number of questions asking you to sign up for various services and when you answer no, the bot asks you to join by providing a different option. Despite thinking you have answered no to every option and variant, you still end up with a non refundable purchase. Mine was for offline access to a game for $9. Not much admittedly but I have no details on what I have inadvertently purchased. There is also name on the email, indicating a computer generated generic mail. I don't know if that is a subscription as it is almost impossible to determine if the service was cancelled. In the end, I froze my card, just in case.

In my view, if the service was all above board, why use hidden sales methods.

Scam beware!
December 5, 2024

Beware of Celebrum IQ! They charged me $69.99 on the first day of my 7-day free trial without my consent, claiming I had upgraded the service, which is completely false. I signed up yesterday for their free trial (just to complete the IQ test), which was advertised at €1. Initially, they charged my card €1 and confirmed my subscription cancellation as requested. However, they still charged me $69.99, claiming I upgraded, which I absolutely did not. This feels deceptive and like a complete scam. Avoid them at all costs!

Scam
December 5, 2024

They charge small fee then proceed to charge you with yearly subscription fee. Their clauses say you won't be charged, you have 7 days free trial. When you refer to their website you can't cancel anything there is no billing information. So they just steal your money and the bank won't do anything about it.

Refused Refund

Please for the love of God! Do NOT even pay for their "free" trial since it is a way for them to not only get 1 Euro from your account but also another 19.99 Euros and their "Refund Policy" is beyond stupid that they'd do ANYTHING but give you your money back. When you are signing up it gives you the option "skip offer" but what they mean apparently is their "free trial offer" and they trick you into paying for the whole thing with one click of a button. Pathetic.

Scam
December 4, 2024

Would give this a zero star if I could. Tried to purchase the $1.99 trial, but website ended up charging my $114.99 for a subscription I did not authorise. When customer support was contacted, no personalised help was offered - just bot responses and superficial "aw that sucks anyways" emails, and the repeated "terms and conditions" excuse. What's funny is that they also lie about your iq scores. Inaccurate and money baiting. Trying to get this stolen money refunded by bank as they clearly do not care for customers, only money. Please listen to my advice, DON'T FALL FOR THIS PHISHING SCAM.

Click bait ads on social media draw you for an IQ test. Inevitably it costs, but only 99c. Fine you think, but that's not all. Before you know it you've been charged $19.99 and have entered into a monthly subscription without realising. Now to be fair the company cancelled the subscription quickly. But despite explaining the mistake immediately and not using any services they refuse to issue a refund for the $20. Not their 'policy' it seems. It's clear that their policy is actually entrapping users and ripping them off. Avoid at all costs.

So frustrating
November 22, 2024

I wanted to see my IQ score so I signed up for the 99 cent trial. After that I tried to cancel but it signed me up for subscription that cost another $39.99 when I to cancel through the chatbot it canceled me at the end of the subscription rather at the end of the trial and now says I can't get my money back. This is frustrating. I am still in my trial. And do not want the subscription. The chatbot refers me to the help center The help center refers me to the chat but there is no way to talk to a real person. This is straight up theft.

I saw an ad on social media advertising an IQ test for $1.99, which I completed and paid for through Apple Pay. After the payment was successful, I was redirected to a page with no clear option to exit, which led to an additional $144 charge on my account just moments later.

I contacted their support team immediately to request a refund. However, they refused to consider my request, citing a policy that I only received and was able to read about 10-15 minutes after the unexpected charge occurred. Such a disgrace, PLEASE, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS AD!

I spent 20 minutes doing the test. They gave a result after I authorised a payment of 99p. Then after that they charged me £19.99 a week later for I-don't-know-what. I asked about it and they said it is a subscription fee and it is non-refundable and they even said that I agreed to their 'Terms of Service'. Excuse me! Who reads those thingsssss? They didn't even send a notification indicating the charge that will be made even after I didn't use it for that whole week. I just thought it was a one time thing. PLEASE Read the one-star reviews to see how difficult it is to stop them draining money from your account. Virtually ALL of the ads on Instagram, Facebook and other social medias are scams! They are DODGYYYYY! They don't even deserve a star
