The reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that, oh boy, it does repeat the same or almost similar stuff at times. More variety would raise the bar even higher. It's still a very good app, though.

You do a one off testr in the website, have the option for no subscription. They charge you a small fee for this first test and then start charge you for a subscription you never agreed. Theres no way to contact them. Just bots and automatic msgs.

I tried to get the £0.99 subscription but it was literally impossible to click on that option, I really tried. I missed and clicked on another option and have been charged £69.99. For something I did not want.
Cerebrum is hiding behind terms and conditions, never mind the fact that they cheated me into the purchase. I am furious, and no-none is replying to emails personally, just a standard Tough Luck email.
