Tis site was just what i needed. They unlocked my samsung T989. I chose them because they were one of the few sites that could onlock this phone. They had a good rating on a couple of sites so i went with it. The said it would take 1 to 5 hours. After 5 hours i called and spoke to someone that told me they were having server issues. I called back in another couple of hours and the guy told me i should have the code with in the hour for sure. I got the code in about 45 minutes after that. He said that sometimes it takes longer than normal. The code worked fine no problems and i made a video of the process for them on youtube and they refunded my money. So for a little effort on my part i got the unlock code for free. Pretty decent in my eyes + live customer service is always a PLUS

Well many might consider me as working for the company or something but to be honest, I had a great experience with the company.
I was in a spot of bother as I had sent a dell venue pro to a friend in South Asia as a gift and Dell sold it as unlocked but it turned out that it was company locked for T-mobile only.
Like all skeptics out there, I was also reluctant to pay before hand as every online company seems to be a scam team these days but the code was in my email after 48 hours and after 5 minutes, my friend, on the other side of the World was using the phone.

After being told by my IT friends that the iPhone 4 could not be unlocked, I did some checking on my own and found this company. I read the reviews and found that most of the negative reviews were by people frustrated because they did not read the details thoroughly before purchasing.

Fortunately, I followed the instructions and paid my fees before going to bed. When I woke up in the morning my phone was unlocked and usable in Singapore. When I came home, I put my regular SIM back in and everything is working great.

I'll be getting the iPhone 5 soon. If I can't get AT&T or Verizon to unlock it for me, I am sure I'll be back to get that one unlocked.
