I received my order and I must have accidentally ordered the wrong case for my phone, so I contacted customer service and explained what I done and asked what I needed to do to send it back and get the right one. They responded back quickly and told me to let them know what I needed and told me not to worry about sending the wrong case back. I sent them the information and they are sending me the right case. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family. Thank you Cellularoutfitter

I ordered two Chargers my total came to $4 I checked out with PayPal they never stated anything about shipping and charge me $14 no less item took a week to come if shipping is $10 is it should have took no less than 2 days to get here. They falsely advertise it too because it is not a Samsung charger but it does work
He went beyond the normal service to assist me, to insure the correct case was shipped and the follow up was immediate, not days later.
What company denies you access to a phone connection? The item I ordered is not compatible with the smartphone, yet it states right on the box Compatible With All Smartphones. Ok fine, but why do I have to wait for a live chat, only to be directed to do an e mail for return instructions and have to wait 24-48 hours? Not a customer friendly company, don't recommend at all. Only wish I would have read the reviews first.

I got wrong screen protector. It was not full screen protector. Neacy on chat customer service helped me very much and send me replacement protector. Neacy was very nice and professional and understood my frustration. I was very grateful with his actions.

I have ordered from many online companies and have had good and bad experiences. But the customer service with Cellular Outfitters has been by far the best experience I have ever experienced. Neacy and JP went above and beyond to make my first experience the most pleasant I've ever had. Very quick to respond and very polite and respectful. And then it's your pricing... i mean who can buy such nice accessories anywhere else for these prices?!?! I can not wait to receive my order! To be continued...
Did not receive correct case as promised by your company! Still waiting for new case! I ordered two cases. One for my 8 plus iPhone and one for my grandaughters 8 iphone. Was sent two for 8 plus iPhone. Never received promised corrected order!

Shipping showed nothing until I finalized the sale - then it popped in at over $21 for a $16 and change purchase. I contacted pay pal and the company and have been attempting to cancel. They responded that for a "one time offer" they would reduce shipping by 50%. Further, I noticed prior to finalizing the sale that there was a screen protector in my cart at a cost of $3.99 that I didn't put there. I removed it once and later on noticed that it had appeared again. If you do business with this company I would advise checking the contents of your cart prior to checkout as they seem to have mystery items that pop in. I'm going to simply cancel as I think this is a shady way to do business and I am now suspect of the company.

Ordered a case for a Samsung and was sent the case that I ordered but was the wrong case for the phone model I have. When I contact3ed Cellular Outfitter they told be to send the case back on my dime and they would send me the correct case. I asked them to send me the right case and a return form and I would send back the wrong case. They said that they would do that. It has been 2 weeks and I do not have the new case. I suspect that I will not be getter the correct case. Very poor customer service.
