Sent me wrong case which fitted my phone but was clearly designed for a different model. It had cut outs in different places. After sending them photo evidence the seller stopped responding. No chance for a refund or replacement. AVOID!
I ordered a cell cover for my phone from their website. What they shipped will not even fit my phone!
I asked for a refund for THEIR ERROR. They replied to my request saying that I MUST PAY to return the case that they advertised and shipped in ERROR!
I made an error when I first ordered. And they changed it. The site said ships in 24 hours... been over a week so I emailed them to cancel. So I got this email telling me that its insane to try to cancel an order that they have already HAD to go get from some bin and switch it. I was also told to not email them again. Jerks customerservice sucks! Takes u 3 days to answer an email telling me it shipped yesterday! Save ur money I hope when this case arrives its not total garbage. Go to Amazon and order not this business.
Order screen protector and case for a LG Q7+ and revived for a different phone. Per their request items were send back for an exchange. That was almost 2 months ago. Haven't received correct items. Call several times left msg they don't respond or call back
Waited for my mobile screen protector for 6 weeks, despite they advertise as dispatch it on the next day. Finally arrived yet it was totally wrong size and shape. It does not work on my phone at all. Sent many emails explaining and photos of proof, they escape from the refund and dropped communication completely. Very dishonest on many levels. AVOID this shop.
I ordered 2 cellphone cases from this website based on the advertisement of shipping within 24 hours. At 48 hours after order, I inquired about cancelling order. I received an e-mail saying the order was in process and could not be cancelled. I then ordered 2 cases from a competitor. I paid for the next level above free shipping and they arrived before the cases from cellphonecases.com. I then returned my order from cellphonecases.com. The website says they offer refunds 7 business days after receiving the product. UPS tracking said cellphonecases.com received my order on Sept. 2,2020. Here it is October 7,2020 and I am still waiting on my refund.
Bought a new case with holster for my Samsung A20 and the holster belt clip broke the first weekend I used it. Reached out to their Customer Service and was told a new holster is not available (see below) to replace the broken one.

I ordered a case for a Nokia3.1 plus. Cell phone cases.com sent me a case for a Nokia 3 C. It is to small. Now I have to pay shipping to return and a 20% restocking fee. What a bunch of crooks.
After purchasing 2 cases with an immediate charge to my credit card about 2 months ago, I have not heard or seen anything from this fraudulent company. There also doesn't seem to be any recourse by way of contacting them... I have tried every option on their website with no luck in reaching a human. Don't even consider this company... you might as well flush your money down the toilet.
Ordered a case for my iphon6se 2020 model It finally arrived after a month and a half but they sent me an older 6e case that is too small and not the same. After sending pics of a case I bought which is black and a pic of what they sent they keep replying I got the right case as you will see in my photo the orange case has no hole in the back and is smaller. Very poor customer service and I don't get it why they keep saying they are the same cases I would not recommend buying from these people to anyone. Next time I'll buy Canadian where you can actually talk to live answer and avoid these clowns they have working By the way the invoice they sent me has a picture of exactly what I ordered I bought the black case elsewhere due to the long dragged out process with these guys
I ordered a pen for my tablet and it came broken in the mail. I've been trying to give the product a review on their website but each time I attempt to submit one it says there are no reviews on the product. Please don't waste your money or time and make your purchase elsewhere!
I ordered a cellphone case from this company 2 months ago and I'm still waiting for delivery.
I've been unable to log into their website as it doesn't recognize my email address as a client. Oddly though I'm receiving spam mail to the same email address every day from this company.
Don't buy from this company. It's nothing but a headache. Possibly fraudulent.
This company don't have a customer-service at all. It is created to rip the people and not to satisfy them. Absolute ZERO response to Emails, the phone will cut the caller off on all three options. But what they're good at is to charge the credit card right away. So, people, if you get the same experience, call your credit card company and re-charge them.
They deserve a negative Rating!
I purchased a cellphone holder with a swivel belt clip and paid for expedited shipping. The case took 3 weeks to arrive and was sent via USPS. The case does not have a swivel clip and they refuse to correct the error or to refund my money. Then, they got upset when I found their telephone number and called them. Once they understood what I was calling about, they hung up on me. Maybe it is time for a class action suit?
I purchased a screen protector that arrived with cracks. I wrote customer service the same. They responded asking what I purchased despite my order # being included. I replied and it's been a week and no further response and I am still within the 30 day return window.
Before you purchase anything from this company that might have to be returned just throw your money any instead of the hassle. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong case and sent back for a replacement of lesser value. Over two weeks neither has happened. Messages unanswered, emails ignored and when the emails are replied to it's some automatic crap. They did say when they received my returned order I would get a refund but they've had it for over 2 weeks and NOTHING.
I happen to see this advertisement of cell phone cases scrolling Facebook. I ordered and waited for month already and its not still here.My new phone already got scratches because I am daily checking for the post. Please buy it only if you have patience to wait for months. I put a review under their advertisement but they shows only 5 stars and 4.5 stars reviews. They swallowed my actual review.
Paid for expedited shipping. It'll be ten days. Can't talk to know one as the operate sole of line n never answer question I pd shipping n was to 2 ya 3 business days guaranteed. Well I tracked my order that itself was a pain n the butt. But finally found it. They use DHL the bring it part way the to post office. Then post office brings order to the house. So tell me how can expedited shipping work with two shipping company's. Don't pay for extra shipping it's a ploy to get hard workin people's money. I'll never order from em again. It was by accident anyways thought I was buying from another Co as there's company popped up n I didn't realize it. They won't be in business long doing that to customers. Rip cellphone cases. Com your days coming.
I WOULD GIVE A ZERO STAR IF I COULD! I ordered a Iphone 8+ holster, they sent me an iphone 8 holster and when I asked them to pay for the return charges they said it was my mistake not theirs and sent me a copy of their return policy... NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Ordered a cell phone case here over a month ago, still has not arrived. Tracking dead-ends with "Left export facility" on July 31 (now August 23). Tried to contact Customer Service through their link and it does not work, so tried to contact them by replying to the "Reply" link on one of the numerous ad emails they are now sending me, and that was returned as undeliverable. There is no valid phone number in their contacts. I guess I should have read the other reviews before ordering.
