I purchased a Pixel 3aXL with two day shipping. Fast forward to weeks later I call they give me a tracking number that I track all the way to it being delivered to Brooklyn and I live in CA. They lied said it didn't have enough shipping when my address was never place of destination. I'm out of town for a few days come to find out it was never delivered. I call again demanding to know where my phone is or return my money I don't live in Brooklyn and the jerk starts calling me Karen. Mind you 420.00 of my elderly father's money which he needs his phone had gotten into an accident while I was out of town couldn't get ahold of me and now out over 400.00 and no phone. Then they give me another tracking number and try saying I signed for it when I was in Texas. The post office confirmation says it's with an agent(someone at the post office not me) because it's undeliverable and has what looks like chicken scratch notes but get this the package only weighs one ounce. What cell phone IN A BOX weighs only an ounce? Then they have the nerve to tell me no one lied to me. And they are still making up lies to cover their actions and I have all the documents to prove it

The site seems just a little cheesy...BUT! Order delivered as promised. I called once about delivery time...SOMEONE ACTUALLY PICKED UP THE PHONE. I nearly fell-out.
Accepted an online coupon which made the order VERY REASONABLE.

When my phone had not arrived in a timely manner, cell2get traced the package for me. The post office was at fault, not cell2get. They helped me get my order and made sure I was satisfied. I can't thank them enough and will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.
Search is difficult, but otherwise good shopping experience
Order took over a week just to ship, plus 2 wells shipping time - I realize we paid for slower shopping, but did not realize how long it would take to ship.
There were no updates to order status on the website, which added to the anxiety of waiting for the phone
Love everything aboutmytwo note 4 except that my phone constantly restarts and crashes, the other phone I got works great.

The phone is awesome...took way too long to get here...need to return and have requested RMA two times but no response...Can you help me please. I have glaucoma in right eye and could not see adequately in the small screen on front of phone...loved it otherwise...need to get my $$ back.

Spoke to steve was very nice assured me the kyocera phone is the right one for my sprint network he answered all my questions very helpful. Then sent me back to online to order my phone. The process was smooth and convenient. Thank you for your help.
It was great it just took awhile to receive which i expected because of covid 19
One of the Sony Xperia XZ2 models did not say "unlocked" or specify a carrier, so wasn't sure what that meant.
So far it went well but now lets see how it goes with getting the product.
Great site, many options, responsive calling
The phone is for my sister, I can't tell you get how it works for her just yet, I haven't been able to give it to her, she is in the nursing home and until her primary nurse get's back I won't hand it off to any one else.
But I do have questions but I find it hard to reach customer service. I'm one who like to talk to a real person and not have to get on the computer to get the answer.
This has been easy but waiting to see if the phone will be what my husband needs.
The phone is working great. It is a tough phone. Perfect fit for a welder.
LOOKING FORWARD TO A NEW PHONE. HOPEFULLY THE SHIPPING IS ON TIME. AFTER RECEIVING MY NEW PHONE EVERYTHING WAS FINE. TRYING TO GET IT WAS ANOTHER STORY. NO RESPONCE FROM AN EMAIL I SENT THEM ABOUT THE DELAY IN RECEIVING MY ORDER. WHEN I CALLED AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE THEY ASSURED ME I WOULD GET MY PHONE SOON. I PAID EXTRA FOR 3 DAY SHIPPING AND WAS TOLD DUE TO THE DELAY I WOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY. FALSE I PAID FULL SHOT AND IT TOOK ANOTHER 10 DAYS TO RECEIVE MY PHONE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Shopping experience was good. Response time was good
I ordered a phone on the Thursday before Memorial Day and signed up for two day shipping. I followed up on Friday and was told it would be shipped on the following Tuesday. On the following Wednesday, I had to ask whether the order had been filled. On Thursday, I was told that the item was now out of stock. I had to follow up to get answers and was provided incorrect answers when I did so. I use my phone for business and am scrapping by with an older version waiting for this phone, only to be strung along and then, surprise!, I am told it is unavailable. This level of service and support is unacceptable in a world where competition is fierce. I certainly won't order from them again.
