It was so easy. Enjoyed the experience, thanks!
Excellent customer service
Easy to place order. Agent was helpful when I called.
Seems good haven't done business with you in past so a little nervous. Ordered a purple phone got a black one so was disappointed.
This says it all ordered the phone and paid for 3 day shipping that was on June 6th. Got the phone on June 18th does that sound like 3 day shipping. And they did refund the shipping but that's not the point.
5 stars
I did not receive what I ordered. It took a long time to arrive and then I spent another week trying to resolve the problems I had with the phone. I felt that there was little interest in assuring that I was having my concerns addressed and that customer service was a big factor. I really needed a new phone so I settled but am not happy about it.
It was easy
I had to redo my order because customer service cancelled it. I tried to call but you never answer the phone, just voicemail. I sent emails, but they take so long to reply it's basically too late. And customer service decided it was easier to cancel my order rather than address my question about shipping options.
I replaced my order and selected 2 day air for delivery. It took over a week and a half just for the order to be processed. Once it finally was shipped I was not sent tracking info. I called and emailed, and didn't get a response until 2 days after the package was delivered, but since I had no tracking info, I didn't know where it was delivered or when, as I myself hadn't received it yet. When I contacted support, again they took several days to respond, and when they did, the response was that of a teenage mind, not a professional customer service rep. Eventually I located where the order had been delivered to and retrieved it. Very very poor customer service. Take way to long to process/verify orders. If you refuse to ship to a different address than the billing address, then don't give the option to change the shipping address to something different. Took a month when it should have took 2 days. I don't have any information about the warranty/support for my product, who to contact, or what is covered. That should have been provided, also, the manual for the product needs to be included with purchase.
Easy
Thank you
Arrived just as advertised. Shipping was on time.
Maybe when it arrives
Good

We'll see...
I ordered a phone from cell2get - after two weeks I checked my account and found out they did not charge my account because the phone was out of stock. I wish they would have contacted me - but I was glad I wasn't charged. I went back online, looked around, and ordered the same phone from ElectronicsForce.com. -- but at a higher cost. This phone was sent to me - with cell2get still listed on my card as the seller. I found that very suspicious. I ordered what was described as a new phone - I did not want a used phone. When the phone arrived, I took it to my Sprint store to have it activated. The phone was already registered to another number and had a 4-digit security lock on it. It took a very persistent Sprint employee almost an hour to get the phone number and security code off of the phone and then get it activated for my number. The phone does work - but the above experience makes me hesitant to order another one from either one of these businesses.
I'm originally from NY state and wanted to support your business. Your wide selection of phones is awesome. I will be ordering again!

Answer: CDMA and GSM networks are two types of cellular phone networks and generally if you have a device made for one, it can't be used on the other. In the US, Sprint®* and Verizon run on CDMA networks while AT&T and T-Mobile run on GSM networks. Ting runs on both
