Purchased very expensive lamp shades for my chandelier and they are cracking and splitting after only 2 yrs. Was offered 10% off if I wanted to buy some more crappy, expensive shades.

Only suggestion is that for the price of the chandelier and the high cost for the chain, it should have included a ceiling canopy.

I have just placed my order for an XL jewel chandelier! I was not sure what size to get and Jennifer was very patient with all of my questions and so helpful. She sent me pieces of the reproduction antlers so that I could see the color and quality (which were perfect) and helped me through the whole process.
On another note, though, I wish that CDN could have gotten me a better price on the shipping - It seems that there must be different carriers that offer competitive pricing. My shipping charges are very high and I felt like the company should be a bit more sensitive to that.

Great buying experience from beginning to end. The chandelier is a key focal point in our dining room and we get many many comments and compliments on it. Packaging was amazing as well as the item arrived in perfect condition. We would come here again in a minute if we were to ever buy another! Love the chandelier!
Overall good. Price is high for the size, but we like it.
I visited several sites before making my purchase. The chandelier that they produced looks as authentic as real antlers at half the cost. The product, service and delivery were spot on.
