I had ordered Anarkali for my friends wedding. I had some difficulty in understanding the measurements however when I called the Cbazaar customer Support they helped me. I was amazed with the quality of product I received and the price. I must have paid two times more if I had to buy the same locally. I am glad I shopped at Cbazaar.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE... its the worst experience! I ordered an anarkali dress for a wedding. I sent them many emails to let them know this is the date I need the dress by. Phoned them to make sure if its ready for dispatch. According to some guy named Rajesh the dress was ready and will be shipped in a couple of days. Couple of days later I phoned again to make sure that it is actually been shipped. According to customer service "yes" it has been shipped and I should get it by Friday. Friday came no dress delivered so I phoned them and the dress has not been shipped according to some girl named Deepa. So not only will I not get to wear the dress on the day I actually need it, the staff at customer services are a bunch of liars and their service utterly appalling! Save yourself the hassle and order else where...
This is the worst site ever. Very bad customer service. Ordered a sari online for my brother's wedding. They said it will arrive after so I cancelled the order. They will not give me a refund. They have taken over $400 from me and will not refund. They ignore my emails and just tell me it is still being despatched. Very angry. Stay away from them.
Please don't buy from them. I ordered 4 items and they sent only 2 items and They would not return my mails nor calls. Beware of this website. Just take money from te customer and would not send items. I am staying abroad and worst site I have ever purchased
I'm not sure if I was just one of the unluckiest customers to purchase from cbazaar, but I have to say this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I am so angry! I paid extra charges for so many things and I didn't receive anything. I called so many times and they only answered once. And now they wouldn't even answer at all! I waited for approximately 2 months for my item and when I recieved, it looked nothing like I asked for. They wouldn't even accept returns or exchanges. I'm just stuck with this saree that I won't be wearing at all!

Like several other reviewers below said, this site is terrible with custom-made garments. And they have the most frustrating scheme ever to try to cover up their mistakes- they will tell you to send a picture of the garment with a measuring tape over it, make you wait for days while they "contact their operations team" and then send you a sickeningly innocent email saying that the "garment was processed as per measurements" and the most they'll offer you is a voucher so that they can cheat you again. If you are a customer from somewhere that isn't India, where you are used to payin $100 only if you will get quality stitching made to proportions of someone who is not 5'2" and thin as a rail, then do not order from this website. I think the tailors must just break down and cry and their brains stop working when they get the body measurements of a woman who is Latina, Swedish, English, or American.
I know a lot of people will disagree with me on this but this is the way I feel...
If you buy from websites based in China, Nigeria, Congo, Namibia, Iran, Syria, etc etc... a good rule of thumb is don't buy technology (phones, computers, cars etc...) and food (baby food, formula etc...).
If you buy anything at all... buy cheap plastic things like cd holders and make sure they aren't priced over $5. This goes for palm reading too.
Also when you order from places like this don't give them a credit card number otherwise you will be overcharged. Use something safer like a disposable credit card that only has $5 of credit.
PS. Don't order more than one item at a time that way your never out more than $5.
I placed an order of sept 10th for a few items. I waited a month and finally contacted Cbazaar on Oct 6 to inquire about my order. I was advised that the delivery was delayed and I should be getting my order on Oct 13. By Oct 15 I contacted Cbazaar again after no delivery was made, I was advised that a few items were no longer available and the order had not yet been shipped (no justification given on why). Not only was the order never shipped there was no communication from Cbazaar regarding items no longer being in stock or delay in shipping or no shipping... they simply took the money and decided not to process the order. I then escalated my disappointment with a manager who then advised that he would immediately ship out the items that were in stock and I would get it within a weeks time frame with a simply apology for dropping the ball on their end. I received my partial order with a faded white stain on the sleeve of my yellow blouse. Apparently there is no quality control or inspection done prior to sending out the product. Total time to receive a partial order was a month and a half and the item is unwearable due to the stain... total waste

I bought a Lehenga for my cousins wedding. I ordered on 7th august. I was informed that I would receive it on 15th but actually they were not able to deliver me on time. I called customer care they got the information and informed me that I will be receiving it on or before 20th. As my cousins wedding was on 25th I was so tensed. Though they promised me I didn't have hope till 23rd morning as I got my Lehenga delivered. I was so relieved. The lehenga was really gorgeous I was so relieved. Later I got a call from the customer care inquiring the delivery.
I loved my wedding shopping with Cbazaar. Great quality merchandise. Delivered on time and my wife and the entire family loved the outfits. Keep it up Cbazaar/

I ordered two salwar kameez. I sent them my measurements. It took more than month to get it. I told them to follow my instruction for stitching but they made their own decision it's not first time I placed an order this is second time. Gave them opportunity my order was more than $ 300 for both times - I had to sent them photos, vedio to prove it. That they did not follow my mesurment information. Dress that i received it's just weired stiching if. I go out wearing that items may be people will laugh at me... If they will not resolve my issue I m filing fraud case to my credit card company against them and also will post on all social site with picture of Eire email response, product picture and lot more...
It was a good experience shopping from Cbazzar. I should say that there was a delay of two days in getting the product but when i received the product i was satisfied with it. I wanted the salwar for Eid and I got it. I followed up with them to know if i will get my product before Eid and i got it. Though there was a little delay I got my salwar and the fit is pretty good.
This was my first visit to Cbazaar and I was pleasantly surprised with all that I saw there. They have a very good collection of Indian wear, Saris and Salwars in particular. It was not at all difficult to navigate through the site and I was easily able to place my order for a Green and Blue Net Sari that I fell in love with. One thing that I did notice about this site is that the prices were very affordable, when compared to a few others. I received my order on time, as promised and the final product was exactly like how I specified it should be. Overall, a good online shopping experience and I will definitely be coming back for more!
I really love cbazzar. In fact, I have shopped with them for two years now and have ordered about 16 garments for my entire family. The quality and fit is awesome. Sometimes the colors are darker or lighter depending upon the pictures, but it is still AWESOME. They have also refunded me back three times, so you are totally safe if it is their fault.
Cbazaar has very poor exchange and return policy. I received my order around end of mid June 2013 and the fitting and the finishing of the products were very poor. Based on Standard US return policy I thought I would be able to exchange the product, but cbazaar has very unusual return and exchange policy( exchange, never mentioned) of 7days. Now I have $300 products from cbazaar in my closet for nothing.
It was very disappointing to know that cbazaar would not take the responsibility to satisfy its customers. After buying multiple products from cbazaar I am sure that my last transaction with cbazaar will be the last transaction to cbazaar. It's not about $300 I wasted for poor products, it's for unsatisfied service. I would not recommend my relatives and friends to do transaction with cbazaar.
Overall, I found the products not as shown in the picture, the measurement provided to cbazaar was not well executed.
Disappointing. Unsatisfactory
I ordered a salwar kameez. I sent them my measurements. It took 7 weeks to get it and it didn't fit! They didn't believe that it didn't fit- I had to sent them photos to prove it. Then I was told- that I should alter it myself. Unbelievable. I have never been treated by a company like this. Thank god I didn't order my bridal saree from them.
I bought ONE saree from cbazaar, and they sent TWO. They charged for TWO. I returned the saree like they told me too, and I payed for the shipping cost. The amount they owe me is $63.10. For like one month, I have contacted them by calling/e-mails/chatting. They always say that they will fix the problem tomorrow, but they never do. Okay, SO THEN, 1 MONTH later, the gave me a gift voucher. Guess how much they gave me... Not $60... $40. Alright fine, it's whatever you know? So i bought a bangle from them which together with shipping and everything is $43. SO i ordered over the phone, and 1 lady toke money from my credit card, I let her, because I already lost $20 from them, $3 won't hurt. Haha, you want to hear something funny? They toke that money too :) My story doesn't end there... They gave me a gift voucher for $61 dollars, I was really happy! BUT THEN, i went to buy something, and the gift voucher had " technical difficulties". It's pretty funny actually because they don't have these "technical difficulties" when they take the money, but the do have these "difficulties" when they are supposed to return my money. So here you go, I got robbed of $66 dollars from Cbazaar...
