Don't you ever order anything from cbazaar, it's a fake site. It might appear as s genuine site through its format, but once you place an order - you will deeply regret that moment. The customer care executives will keep fooling you that your order will be delivered within next 24-48 hours, but nothing of this exactly happens. They will keep updating you with regard to the status of your order initially for a week when the order is placed, buy after that will not pay attention to your calls and mails. I ordered 3 products from this site in Mid November, only to know by beginning of December that one product is cancelled, by mid December that 2 products are cancelled and buy end of December that entire order is cancelled. All they know is to be-fool the people.

I finally got an updated message that the fifth item has been shipped separately and they offered some store credits for inconvenience. I haven't received the last product yet but at least this time they said it is shipped separately.

I have tried to trust this company again but it is very challenging to do so. This time I ordered 5 items. 3 shipped on time. The second shipment had just 1 item and they said in shipment note that remaining 2 items were shipped. I asked them about missing item and they are saying that the second shipment should have 2 items. Why can't someone look into some of these serious issues about missing items in shipment and claiming they shipped?

Always late to ship the items!
Despite having paid for an item sometimes makes one wait for months, and every week give fake status, and then bang they just inform you that you cant get the product!
Sometimes refuses to refund and forces one to buy another thing!
The customer service isnt helpful at all! It's almost as if an automatic reply everytime i need an advice on why they are delaying things!
But the 'cherry' on the cake was i bought a readymade anarkali suit, and these intelligent people only shipped the stitched top, forgetting to add the stitched bottom and dupatta!
Pathetic service and experience overall!
A kind advice, run as far as possible from the site!
Oops i forgot to add, sometimes the discounted prices are fake, because i once bought a supposedly discounted item at $40( while undiscounted price visible was $150) and within a few days the same item was being sold at an undiscounted price of $40!
So buy at your own cost!

They cancelled an order as they did not have the product anymore, and said they will email me a gift voucher. Six months passed away and they did not send me my refund. I called and THEN they sent me a gift voucher with a very short expiration date. When I asked the customer service person about extending it, it he started raising his voice and acted very rude. I was a regular customer of cbazaar, but I will stop using this site. Cothes quality and customer service is getting worse day by day.

Ppl don't ever buy from Cbazzar. They are not reliable and rip u off.

Cbaazar never sent me my kameez, and when i tried cancelling my order, they kept saying that they were going to ship it the next day. I had to call millions of times and chatted with them online to resolve the issue. Finally after weeks of arguing they refunded me my money. Never going to order from cbaazar. yourdesignerwear.com is much cheaper and they ACTUALLY deliever products!

This is the worst experience of online purchase. I have been buying stuff from this site but I was shocked to see the poor quality of the items not only the drastic change in the color shocked me but the customer service was hopeless too. Above that, the clothes tear apart by just keeping as it is, Poor and Old threads i guess. I asked them to help and they said they cannot help or do anything. I was surprise to know that even writing the bad review would not affect them. This shows they are confidently making fools of everyone. They are making business by looting our money. Be Aware Buyers! Please Do Not Shop here. Else, be prepared to get regret later. I wanted to give zero star rating but they did not let me submit hence giving 1 star.

I ordered 3 items from them 3 months ago and they sent me an email after 2 months saying that they don't have one of the products that I ordered. It's not even that they again send me another mail saying that they don't have have second product... like hell why take orders if you don't have it. I asked for my money back they won't refund it. They told they already shipped the products so they cant refund the money. But guess what I got another email saying my products on hold and they waiting for me to call them so i decided to call my bank and asked for a refund from cbazaar. DONT EVER ORDER from them

I bought 2 items lenga, saree after one month they sent me an email saying the lenga is not available to look for some thing else with in the price range at the time i purchase it was buy one get one free now i got one delivery a saree they do not want to give me the price range of what the offer is for the second one or refund me any now i pick an item with in the price which is $199.00 they should honour the price at the time you made the purchase because its not the customer fault that you did not deliver what was offer they should let me pick some thing at the price to replace not at the discount price. The service suck there are a fraud i would never buy anything from this site Cbazaar.com no more and i would let everyone know this

1) Website is 5 star, products and customer service are negative 5 stars.
2) You will never experience a worst customer service than this website customer service
3) Returns- Refunds- good luck
4) They will let you know after 2 weeks that the product you ordered is unavailable.
Worst ever online company

- No standards for the company
- Pathetic customer service with no response. They never call back or reply to emails.
- Standard answers and apologizes to cover all issues
- Full of Specially trained customer care executives & Supervisors who can only ask apologies without doing anything good for the customers
- They talk about policies and rules only when you ask for refund or compensation for all your losses. They dont have any such policies or standards for delivery of the products, following time lines, providing responses etc.
- Place any order from CBazaar ONLY if you need your items after SEVERAL months. Dont make a mistake by placing orders for any occasions like birthdays or anniversaries. You will NEVER receive it on time and you can use it only for the same occasion which comes again next year.

Ordered a floor length dress from Cbazaar and instead got knee length l. Argued with them for weeks that they did not make it correct. And still they are sticking to it was made according to the site description. By worth my time. If you don't have time to go to India much better to get local or use Utsavfashion.com. At least there customer service is more responsible. ”

One of the worst web shop I have ever visited. They offer big discounts but are never deducted at the end of shopping, to trick you they offer voucher for the discount so you are forced to buy even more. This is cheating. So I cancelled one order and wanted to something else, after taking the order my order was cancelled without any valid reason. When you ask for proof for what reason, it is not provided. So please think twice before buying anything from this web shop. The customer service is the worst without any competence in handling issues.
