Ordered six sectionals in August which they said would arrive in mid October. Then changed to early December then to mid December then to late December now we get an email saying Mid January. They've had our $6500 for months and no delivery for FIVE months. Whoever is managing production there needs to be fired.
Never received product. Emailed company and a day later they asked via email for my feedback regarding the phone conversation I had with their employee Myasha from Jamaica. Huh? No one called me let alone did I have a convo. Sent another email. Received a reply back answering a question I never even asked. Shady as anything. Ended up having to dispute purchase with my credit card company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM SITE.
How many customer service people does it take to address this problem,,,4 (Ed, Jay, Kevin, Marlene).
My wife ordered a pillow (order *******) at the sale price of $49.95. She was charged $79+ which was the non sale price. When the pillow didn't arrive on the promised date of 10/31, all the above team failed to respond to this problem until Marlene ordered a replacement and requested that the warehouse address the delivery as a priority. She adjusted the price to the sale price after falsely claiming that my wife placed the order before the sale started. She said this was all she could do.
I have spent the good part of my day working on this and I still do not know when or if it will be delivered and the only compensation for my troubles is getting the price we intended to get in the first place.
I think a further credit is appropriate for the hassle relating to this order.

I ordered 2 porcelain mugs online on 10/4. They were sale items. The order info stated they would be delivered by 10/7. I called a CB2 store to check on the reliability of the delivery date as the order was for a birthday gift on 10/8. Not a problem I was told. It will be there. Well it's not here and not anticipated to be here until 10/9. So, I heartily recommend that you think twice before parting with your money. Oh - and by the way apparently I can't get my money back until I actually receive the items - pay for the re-delivery to their warehouse and wait God knows how long for a refund check. Great customer experience
Ordered an expensive dining table in May. When i ordered they did say August. So I waited and waited. NOTHING from the company. It is October 1st- I had to beg to speak with someone and now they are telling me the product is made to order and made in Vietnam and will be here mid-late October. I won't have it then either. There is no reason this table should not have been here by now. I am requesting a manager call me. Beyond frustrated!
The products do not come as pictured. They purposely left out the color on their website because it was unflattering and pictured the products as white. The customer service is not accommodating at all.
I purchased 2 chairs from CB2. One was delivered from the warehouse and one from the showroom. The one which was delivered from the showroom had some noise. I visited the shop and inform them about the noise. They sent their representative to check. The guy confirmed the frame is broken and asked me to put in his report that I want a replacement! After that I haven't heard back from them so I had to follow up again and to my surprise the customer service agent informed me that it is misusage of the item and they do not wish to do anything for it. I visited the shop several times and discussed with them but they are refusing to provide any solution. When their QC visited to check the chair they did some test that made the noise worst.
I asked them regardless of why it is damaged they must offer a solution to fix the issue because I cannot use the chair.
They just keep on saying it is the misusage and they cannot do anything about it!
The worst customer service ever!
I just had the worst experience with the "customer service" department at CB2. We purchased their white Terrazzo OUTDOOR coffee table in April 2022, was delivered in June 2022. The coffee table was delivered for and extra $119, pick up was not an option for us. The table was delivered with a small chip which after waiting months for delivery we didn't feel is was a big enough deal to wait several more months for a replacement. At the time of purchase I don't recall covers for this table being available. They are now available but no where when you go to buy this table does the website tell you, "you must also purchase our cover to ensure the integrity of the table." I just now went through the online process of purchasing this table. The cover shows up only in the "items you might like" area and it's only in second place. The care instructions say to cover it, which I did (or move it indoors which is unreasonable for a 400 lbs table). I covered it as I do all my outdoor furniture in the winter and other inclement weather. When I went to uncover my outdoor furniture recently I was shocked and heartbroken to see the table falling apart…tons of chips. I attempted to glue a few (4 pieces) of the chips back on (of of the several…guessing 50-70 pieces). When I realized this was an impossible task I decided to contact CS. That was a total joke…they basically use anything you say, take it out of context and basically tell you too bad, it's totally your fault and we will do nothing to help you. The only thing they offered was to help find a place for us to pay for repairs. The style of their items are good but they lack quality and CB2 doesn't stand behind their products. I'm not the only customer with this exact same issue. One would think they would see a pattern here and do something beneficial about it. I feel over a barrel here. I loved the look of the table and we searched high and low for something nice for our outdoor space. Now our table is junk…literally in pieces. I am devastated and am feeling totally betrayed.
Btw - when people leave reviews, CB2 tells the customer how sorry they are and to reach out but as I just found out…that's total lip service.
Updated - CS just emailed me offering $100 off and an additional %10 off with free shipping. While this is a step in the right direction (hence 2 stars rather than one as I originally gave, I'm not sure this is adequate considering the facts. You can decide. I thinking on it still.
Lies, lies, lies... I placed an order of 6000 USD on the CB2 website, makings sure that everything I selected was in stock. I have been planning this purchase for several days.
All the products I had in my cart where in stock and are showing as "In stock and ready to ship" at this very moment on the public product page.
During checkout, I checked multiple times for the delivery dates, and everything said it would be delivered in April.
I complete the order, and then get an email suddenly listing all my items as "Out of stock" expected in 6 months...
I first thought this was a mistake, as even right now it says that all those items are in stock on the website. So I log into my account and check the order, and the majority of the items all say they would be delivered in 6 months.
I am currently talking to support, they already referred me to 5 different agents, all saying "We are sorry that the information shown is not correct, the system doesn't seem to be up to date".
Let me clarify this for you: The system is showing "Incorrect information" on the public product page. The one that customers see before they place an order.
Yet, on the "Order page" on the exact same website, the information is "Up to date" and it shows that none of the products that you just orders are in stock!
I made a collage showing screenshots of the product pages and the order pages of all these items to show what I mean.
This isn't a mistake, this is a complete scam!
Worst return policy and customer service I have ever experienced. Every purchase is a credit - well i don't need another rug or couch! They will never give you a refune and will not stand behind their products. One of the rugs sheds and I can't breath at night - nope, we won't take it back. Couch is off by 3" - thats normal! Do your self a favor and buy better quality furniture for real furniture retailers.
This is not about the actual products but the fact that CB2 has a serious customer service issue with delivery and keeping consistent. I have purchased multiple pieces from CB2 and I am happy with the products once I receive them. The problem is receiving them. My last experience- I ordered something in stock, however CB2 doesn't have available delivery dates. After waiting for about 1.5 month for my delivery date( for an in stock item),my item was supposed to arrive today. I received multiple emails, texts, phone calls
To confirm delivery with the last one being at 7 am today. At 2 pm I received an email stating my item will not be delivered. When I contacted customer service I was told my item

I went to the store and placed an order for a sectional explained that I only wanted in stock options. I spant over $5000 on my couch. After not hearing anything for several days i checked the status and found out that there was a 6 month delay with no warnings or phone calls. Do not order if you have any timeline!
#1 CB2 is selling items that is not the available and they don't know when it's going to be in stock….
#2 called them many times it's hard to understand them because they all located elsewhere but not in US
#3 START SUPPORTING AND GIVING JOBS TO PEOPLE IN USA because people in USA becoming really lazy
Anyways not planing to shop with CB2 any time soon!
This company deserves a class action. Timelines complete bs. Upfront cash collection to keep their company with ton of cash while they forever postpone beyond already late delivery dates on the website. Purchased 5 different items. Ended up cancelling one by one as they continuously delayed it. Just pray it will arrive one day
I purchased an $800 coffee table in May, scheduled to be delivered in July. I finally received it in the first week of October 2022. It is completely damaged and unassembled. The movers said that I had to schedule the return, and now I am told it would not be picked up for a week. That is right, they sold me damaged goods that I needed to store for a week. They also will not refund my $$ till they pick it up. Has anyone offered a solution? NO. It is my responsibility to take care of CB2's trash they sell as furniture.
I ordered an item that was on sale and chose to pick it up instead of having it delivered (for the same price as the item). After waiting one month to pick it up, I received an apology. Email the night before letting me know that my item is no longer in stock. This is a common scam that I only expected from Neiman Marcus, but CB2 seems to be playing the game now. Not letting me know until the night before delivery, after making me wait over a month, that my item is no longer in stock is terrible service. I received a stupid apology email and a stupid $30 store credit that does nothing to make up for this inconvenience. I'm done ordering from this company.
Ordered a set of outdoor furniture. Value around 3000+ USD.
It showed "available" on the website. But it was a lie.
What should have been one single simple order turned into a marathon of ignorance and pure idiotism.
The stuff was not available and took 2 months for the first items to ship!
So far I had 5 deliveries to my house because it seems a 5 year old is manually running their business.
- First time one out of 5 chairs came
- second time the wooden chair bases of half the remaining chairs came
- third time parts of the cushions came
Etc etc.
Every time they delivered parts and pieces of my order and magically while it showed shipped as complete it disappeared along the way. Either they are utterly incompetent at CB2 or their logistics "partner" stole from them every single time. Probably both.
Had hours and hours of emails and phone calls and these customer "support" people at CB2 are flat out lying and not doing anything to acknowledge their $#*!up and the ridiculous process and wait.
Since they rotate constantly you have to repeat your request multiple times before anything happens. They say they did sth and then you wait a week or two and nothing happened. You follow up and some random other person re-starts the entire thing. Excruciating and
Painfully slow. In addtion to the time wasted with "customer support" each single shipment took about 4 weeks because you need to schedule a delivery with fragile pak once they have it in their warehouse. They take their sweet time before they even allow to schedule even though tracking shows they received it days or weeks ago. Then another 1-2 weeks until they actually deliver. Several times they claimed I was not home even though I took the day off to receive the delivery. Then ofc every single time they only showed up with pieces. Another time they flat out rejected delivering at all which triggered another 4 weeks "customer support" marathon. Turned out they stole half of the delivery.
Nerve wrecking. Disrespectful. Utterly Incompetent.
Until today I have not received the full delivery and am still waiting for some seat cushions.
By all means - Stay Away!
Garbage over all. Never delivered my order. Keep postponing the status" by the end of march, by the beginning of April, by the end of April, and than I had to cancel
Horrible customer service, ignorant managers! The manager's name is Matthew Meyters. He has no customer interaction or skills. He thinks that he is working at a produce bazaar and selling tomatoes. I have no clue; how high-quality furniture store is keeping people like him within their team. Because of one person, I am returning all the furniture that I have purchased and never ever buy anything from there.
Answer: Just do not order from there. Awful awful. They take your money then say no refund and keep pushing back the date I will have my table. At this rate who knows if I will even get it.
