Cashapp does NOT help with unauthorized claims! HORIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE**** They did nothing to help me with my situation of money missing from my cash app account! I complain to my bank about this and my bank was able to provide me the help that I needed but needed cash apps approval.
I received this message saying that they are not able to help me and that I should change my information so that no one can assess my phone. Which is messed up because a lot of money was taken and they did noting to provide comfort or anything towards my claim. I will never use cash app again for my business purposes or personal.
Don't use cash app it's by Jack Dorsey. Paypal is still better than cash app is. I would never recommend something by Jack Dorsey.
Someone deposited money into a very old account of mines. I had to change accounts because the phone was broken where I opened the account with, so I had to open a new account. I verified to them all my information reassuring them it was me. First they said they will cancel the old account and put the money in the new account, got my hopes up, then changed their minds and decided to keep the money. I was so pissed, because they took me through so much to verify whom I was and then changed their minds about giving me my own money. They are crooks, simple as that. People beware!
I like the ease of the app and accessing what you need and I absolutely LOVE the boosts & that you can change them as needed, as well as personalizing my card and anonymity that you can use. The only problem I have is that certain companies dont recognize it, (you can link it to your paypal and chime but not vice versa.) Also the fact that unless you have a linked bank account, you have to have the card to use it or know someone who does. You also cannot load the card.

At first it all seems great and you earn points but you don't notice many activities they miss the coins on... then you have to email and ask for help and sometimes it takes a long time to get very few points they just scam you out of your data
