I have replied a few times to an email I sent to Caestify about the quality of the phone case I received. The case itself was nice but I ordered one with the Poppies. If I had known they were just stickers slapped on the back with no protective covering I would not have paid so much for something I could have gotten from WalMart. I can't seem to get anywhere with email and they have no phone number to call. This is deeply disappointing and I will not be making any purchases from this company ever again, not would I refer anyone to them. Worst customer service ever! Julie B.

I'm VERY happy with the quality for the price + style from casetify
BUT
With the few orders I've made via casetify e-commerce website every order has taken at minimum three 1/2 WEEKS to deliver every order, which truly for a company like casetify isn't acceptable, I've tried to speak to associates from casetify about this postage issue and I was getting bland replies from a human.
Do keep in mind casetify postage window before ordering online because the postage window will be moved back further days.
For example one of my orders was a gift and I've waited over 6 weeks now for the gift.

Cute!

After I ordered I saw all of the bad reviews and got nervous, but seems most of the bad reviews are of shipping time/ customer service. I paid the extra for shipping & got it in a week, and for those saying it's "dollar store quality" couldn't be more wrong. For me at least, fits tightly, not too heavy, could use a little more front screen protection but with a tempered glass screen protector you're good, only gave 4 stars because can't rate the durability yet but love my case! (Also if you google promo codes for them you can find a bunch)

It was good

They took a while to ship it, but I got the case in around two weeks after ordering it. It's sturdy but I've been using it for about two weeks now but you can see little scratches when it's under light. I had a good experience with the company, with on issue on shipping, and now that I see some bad reviews I'm surprised! I would recommend buying, the cases are really cute!

I got my item!

After reading all the scary reviews online. I started to think I wasted $48 on a item that would never come. However, after I reached out to the company on Instagram they replied just as fast and confirmed my item would take about two weeks to be sent out. I received my phone case in a cute package. My only problem is that the case is prone to collect many tiny scratches just within two weeks. But they're only noticeable when the case is under light.

Terrible

Terrible customer service. Waited DAYS to ship out the case, then sent me a tracking number that indicated the case was sitting and waiting for a pick-up... for another 5 days! Customer service blatantly lied and claimed that the post office "sometimes take up to 5 days to update their tracking" which I knew was complete BS and attempted to shift the blame for their mistake to someone else. Case was overpriced crap. Don't waste your time with this company!

Purchase somewhere else

I purchased 2 cases as gifts for other people from this company because of a promotion they were having. I specifically followed a link that was provided to purchase a certain design which was semi-transparent so you can still see the color of your phone.

When they arrived I was seriously disappointed at the first one. Instead of it being semi-clear it was a sold white background with the design on it emblazoned to the back of the case. It looked cheap and horrible.

I contacted customer service right away and they said it was my fault for choosing that design. Luckily I had taken screen shots when I was purchasing because this case was for someone else and on the invoice it stated "clear".

They still insisted it was my fault and said they are willing to refund or exchange but I would have to pay for return shipping to their facility.

After arguing with them for a while to try and get them to cover return shipping, I gave in and returned it (paid $18 CAD in shipping fee). Since I had a tracking number I saw when they received it (1 week after being shipped) but no one contacted me to let me know they had received it. I contacted them and was told that once they ship out the exchange, I will receive an email with a tracking number.

Another week went by with no word. So I contacted them again, now they said that the design I want is not available in the type of case I want and asked if I would like their "grip" style case which is bulkier and will make the phone thicker around the edges.

I refused and asked for a refund. Because I purchased this with a promotion code of 40% off for 2, I only received half of the original price(- the promotion). I actually am out a few bucks because of the return shipping cost.

Terrible customer service, they take very long to answer and you have to keep pestering them. I believe they didn't have the design in the type of case I ordered in the first place and just hoped I would keep the crappy case they shipped. A really terrible company with really awful products and values, go someplace else. If I try to go back to that same link, it no longer exists lol that should tell you something about these wretched A-holes. Also they proudly state they are "US based" but tracking info they provided the first time suggested it was being shipping from China.

Save yourself the money and just go somewhere else or atleast buy a knock off from Ebay so you don't give them business and don't over pay for this $#*!e.

I bought a blue marble design iPhone XR case a few weeks ago.
When the case arrived the pattern on the back was of terrible quality. It looked like the printer they used was running out of ink. It wasn't a very high definition pattern. Their website states that they have people check each case before dispatch but that obviously isn't true.
The case itself looked sturdy but easily scratchable. It might protect your phone but it will certainly look messy after a short period of time.
I would strongly recommend not shopping with Casetify. There are plenty cheaper, more reliable companies out there

Scam 4 sure

I am convinced this website is a scam. Took 3 weeks then the post office claimed my address to be wrong or vacant or something. Anyways the post office sent it back and Casetify customer service email tells me my address is wrong which isn't true I checked it five million times and I don't have problem with other packages. Casetify responds with the same email every time I contact them about something. I work two customer service jobs and can say this is so unacceptable. They are so unhelpful and said they still haven't received the case which is a lie. They won't even send me USPS tracking to see if it was delivered back. They won't send me a new case or refund me in the mean time. They suck... don't waste your time or money.

Great Customer Service

I'm not sure why the reviews are all 1*? My order came in one day late from the expected arrival date (which was only 2 weeks and I live all the way in Singapore) and I sent an email to their customer service. After reading all the 1* comments on this site, was worried that the company was a scam. However, they replied me immediately and was very polite in their email. They helped me track my item and I got it the day after. The product was good. Came in a nice box as well.

What a nightmare. #1. The case took about a month to arrive. #2 When it did arrive, it was broken! #3 The case was the thinnest, cheapest possible plastic you could possibly imagine. About $35 for total junk. For that same price, from another site, I got a hard/tough case with a nice liner.

I start reading the return instructions. No way to contact them except email, no returns accepted until they email you. And when I email them I get a canned response that they are busy and it could take up to 10 days to contact me *alarm bells*

I start reading reviews online about how horrible they are, how they don't contact you. And they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and 27 complaints. Great.

Long story short, they never contacted me (surprise surprise) but luckily I have a great bank that gave me the money back.

Order still hasn't come
December 24, 2015

I ordered from Casetify online and my order still has not arrived (its been 3 months). Very overpriced product as well. $40 down the drain. I sent them an email to ask where my item was and I did't get a response :(
