I bought a case for iphone with 5$ discount. The total price is 45$. But the quality is so poor. I can spot the coating drop off in the first day i use. I decided to return. But they didn't give me any confirmation email although i have checked even the spam box, so i don't know the order number. They said on their website i should email them for return, but unfortunately i have never gotten any reply for several emails. The 10 day return policy is almost gone, still no reply. This is the first time i encounter such a poor vendor for the 2 years stay in the US. the case is nothing. I just throw it away to forget the bad experience. This is cheating.

Customer service will ignore you!
Bought a case for 60 euros, had to pay an extra 20 euros for taxes and when the case arrived it looked nothing like the case I ordered. They agreed to send me a replacement... Now I get an email saying I have to pay taxes a second time for the replacement order. Emailed them and thought they would have the decency to pay these taxes for me as the order was a replacement because THEY messed up. Now they're not responding anymore... Great thanks!

Poor CRM

I ordered a cover for Macbook pro. Didn´t fit. I used Casetify return shippment template. Thats the only way you can contact C. Since they accept returns only in 10 days periode after delivery, I send then a massage for a return. Casetify simply doesn´t answer. Maybe the waite till 10 days have been passed.

Horrible company

See this brand all over social media so I ordered a case with my photos. It's been over 2 weeks and the case hasn't even been printed or processed yet. I've had to email the company at least 6 times trying to figure out what's going on but the customer service is terrible. I'm not sure when I'll receive my case but I much rather would have purchased from wildflower if I was going to spend $50 on a simple phonecase.

Awful.

I've contacted DHL and Casetify. I ordered my product over two weeks ago and still have not received it. They are apparently having a hard time finding my address when they have found it before and so have other delivery companies. It keeps saying that the "recipient wasn't home" when I am in fact home. They did not contact me about finding my address or anything of the sort. I've contacted DHL multiple times and have not gotten a SINGLE call about my package and when it's going to actually arrive.

If you've been on any social media platform recently, you've probably seen this brand called CASETiFY. (They've been promoting their products through influencers like crazy for the past month) Anyways, this brand sells trendy phone cases and now even a one where you can design-your-own case! I bought one of these customized cases myself recently and it turned out very cute :)

The reason why I give this review a 4-star is because I actually had some trouble with the purchasing process. I'm not sure why but I couldn't purchase this product and ~multiple~ of my cards didn't go through. I had to contact customer service for help and this happened in one weeks span which tbh irritated me a bit. The designing site was okay, it was kind of hard to drag photos in and organize the photos but I wouldn't say it's too big of a deal. I got my case a whole month after I purchased and I understand it takes time to print the design and shipping during covid is slow but this took a dang long while.

Website design and ease of use: 8/10
Shipping: (internationally) 7/10
Pricing: 7/10

In the end, I don't regret purchasing from their website but I do wish the process was faster and smoother. Their cases are amazing though so do buy them if you see them in store!

Customs charge!

We were pleased with the case and delivery time which was December 2020. However I was horrified to receive a customs bill 10 weeks later from DHL for £17.50 which apparently is extra for deliveries outside USA. Reading the small print this isn't clear and has made a phone case which cost £11 very expensive!

Terrible customer service

I wrote customer service about my phone case. I ordered requesting the DHL option for expedited shipping. I've already had to buy another phone case and they said that I would have to pay if I want to return the case.

When I put in my order, I had put in my correct address. The address that was on the label no where resembles where I live. I wish I could have read your reviews otherwise I would never have bought from them. Terrible customer service.

They failed to follow through with the timing of my order and are very slow in their communication. Would not recommend.

TERRIBLE COMPANY

This company is absolutely terrible! I ordered 3 weeks ago, the case is still on hold then I finally emailed them they said there was a issue because I used a selfie with a logo in it so I had to send a new pic in order still on hold and I asked for a whole refund and I'm being ignored. I probably won't get my case or 35$ back DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Scam stole my money

This website is an absolute scam I ordered a case and they sent me one and all the holes for the camera and speakers in the line so I kindly asked for a replacement they sent me one it was very different from the first case they sent me the only difference was the buttons do not work I cannot use my volume or power button so I asked for a refund and they've just been ignoring me and just keep sending me a replacement cases that don't fit or work. I've sent them so many photos of the key is not fitting but they keep asking for more videos and photos and just not refunding me. I've given up I told them they can just keep my money it's unfortunate they're a scam but I'm just gonna make sure everyone knows so this doesn't happen to anyone else! I wish I could give 0 stars.

I am very happy with my products. Sure, delivery takes a while, but the page communicates that openly. That's also the case because they ship the parcels from Hong Kong. I live in Mexico and received my order within 15 days.
I dropped my phone countless times and never happened anything, the cases are durable and have a high quality (I use it since more than a year)
So I honestly don't get all the entiteld reviews here.

I ordered an Airpodss case. Arrived and the design was merely a sticker that had not been placed on straight. Poor quality. I have now emailed 5 TIMES requesting that I can return the item for a refund and have had no response. I will not use them again or recommend them.

Very bad customer

Order A CASE (not even customized item) on Dec 29. Today is Jan 23, and still hasn't received a case. They initially shipped it after > 1 week of purchase date, then the package is automatically shipped back to the sender due to insufficient address. Contacted them, but they are trying to blame it on me for not adding the correct address. Replied them back with screen shot of my right correct address when I ordered. All they said is they are willing to re-send it back. But still haven't shipped yet. This company is just a SCAM. Don't bother wasting your time and money. Just buy it from Amazon, will get it in 2-3 days.

They have the audacity to say that they will get your order shipped out in process between 1 to 6 business days yet it's been seven and I have yet to receive any email. It's honestly embarrassing they have so many Youtubers promoting them with sponsorships for apparently $#*!ty products ( from other reviews)

Not Worth the Wait, Get an Otterbox Instead

I ordered cases on November 29 and it said initially that I'd have them by December 28. I had to email them several times to beg for any kind of shipping update, to the point where I had to threaten a chargeback for them to respond in any way. I actually literally ordered another case from a different company after December 28 (by which point I still had no updates from CASEtify!) and I still received my other cases sooner than these cases. The customer service was nothing until I had to threaten a chargeback and they offered no solutions, coupons, or anything. I still haven't received my cases from them and I WILL be returning them immediately for a full refund. Do not recommend, just get a dang Otterbox instead.

If I only knew that the products were made from Hongkong, China I wouldn't purchase anything due to poor quality, poor service, and slow delivery. They use the US flag on their website and I was expecting my order to be delivered fast as I live in Canada only. I ordered the phone case on Dec. 15 the estimated delivery date is Jan. 11-Jan. 25, and my Macbook case which I ordered on Dec 16 is still in process. I didn't realize that it was coming from Hongkong as per the tracking number that they gave me. I lived in HK for 3 years and don't find their products of good quality.

I bought a computer case here, and unfortunately, it didn't fit. I don't reccomend buying off this company. Thry do have pretty designs. It was just a waste of money.

Horrible quality

I was very excited to order my first case for my iPhone 12 Pro Max from Casetify, as I have heard seen so many ads for it. Well, you could understand my dismay when the day after I put the case on my phone it was exhibiting many deep scratches! I have not dropped my phone and it has not been through any distress, so how did it get so many scratches? None of my other phone cases (that are far cheaper than the Casetify case) have a blemish at all. I am very disappointed in the quality of Casetify cases and will not be purchasing ANY more.

Rip off

This company is a scam. I purchased 55.00 worth of masks and filters. My credit card was charged and there was no follow up email confirmation. Weeks passed and no delivery. Contacted customer service - multiple emails giving them all my info - but refuse to give them the first 6 numbers and last 4 numbers of my credit card so they can find my order. Beware - they are a scam and try to get even more from you.
