I purchased a $60 case which is a lot for a case for a phone. Sorry to bend after 5 months they did send a replacement to me. After 3 months that replacement the whole portion that says casetify pop's completely off. Online in my order history it specifically states that that one has a 6-month warranty as well. They are refusing to send me one telling me it's not under warranty you cannot call them You cannot reach them. They email you back at 3:00 in the morning and when you try and chat with them through Instagram or on their chat they tell you they have a huge amount of issues and cannot get back to you only at their earliest. No wonder they are a horrible company don't buy anything unless you want it to break

Products great but only last 7-8 months. I've brought two first one peeled off the sides and now I have them a second chance and this case has done it too. A little convenient that it only last just after the warranty period. It's not even a roughly used phone case either.

I love the look of these cases and bought three. All have now hit the bin after less than a year because the sides detached from the case.

Purchased the case on Feb 2023 and by July 2023 the stickers on the back started to chip off. Contacted customer service about this and told me it's "natural wear and tear." So even though they say they have a 6 month warrenty you actually have to pay more beforehand if you actually want to have a chance at getting a replacement. I think I'm lucky that my corners haven't peeled off or the case hasn't warped (yet) but can assure you that I will not ever reccommend or buy their product again. Cool designs but when it's just a sticker printed on a case made for cents charging 85$ CAD and taking months to ship doesn't feel great.

The lifetime warranty is a complete scam because it is literally impossible to get into contact with any customer service representative. I have sent multiple emails, tried instagram, tried their chat support. It has been over a month and still no response.

I've purchased two phone cases from casetify. I bought two at the same time to rotate out. I got about seven months you out of the first one and only four months out of the second one. Their warranty is only six months, so I am $#*! out of luck. Seems to be a manufacturer defect and for $64 a phone case I expect more use.

I ordered a case in store with an employee, the employee did not correctly customise my case as the (insertnamehere) was printed on my case, even though I had asked for it to be removed, I contacted Castify several times and they said it's part of the design, I would've gotten my name if that was the case, who the hell wants (insertnamehere) printed on the back of there phone case. NO HELP AT ALL, NO EXCHANGES ALLOWED, AND NO REFUND, WILL NOT BE BUYING AGAIN

The bumpers on my case peeled off within a year and casetify was not willing to rectify the issue. I wouldn't buy a casetify case again.

Lots of designs to choose from and cases are durable. I love how many options one can I can choose from. Looking forward to the Spider Man cases for my Phone.

I can say their products last a long time and customer service agents do their best to cater us. They have a wide range of options for case types and designs!

Fast and easy. Lots of great choices. It still protects my phone beautifully, it just looks worn. Worth every penny and can't wait to get my new one!

100% guarantee? I wish! Completely shattered new iphone with case on! I reached out to Casetify support and they offered to send me a new case! HAHA! If only the case got damaged before the phone!

Just after 6 month old and the print is already coming off and outside rubber coming off. Terrible quality for the expensive price!

Be aware that the cases will break and the side of the case will detached from the backing within the first year. Poor quality and poor materials used to stick this cheap case together. I've had Kmart phone cases that last longer. You'd think for a company that charges so much, they would provide adequate quality items. And they protect themselves by only offering a 6 month warranty - despite knowing that their cases will often fall apart between the 6 months and a year.
