I have used Carvana twice and both times I have experienced exceptional service. The first time my wife needed to sell her car. It was seamless. They gave a quote on the sale price based on our honest review of our car and when they came to pick it up approved the sale and within a day our money was in the bank. About six months later, this past March we decided to buy another car. We picked a nice looking C300, the website showed a few blemishes, however when the car arrived it was better than it looked in the website. The transaction was again seem less and less than a month later I already have my tag and registration. I do still have a couple items that I need looked at and will attempt to use the warranty company associated with Carvana. I will follow up with a review of how well that process goes. I can only pray it goes as well as the purchase did

I started the process of purchasing a new van on February 26th. I chose to finance through my bank as Carvana will only allow you to put one name on your financing. My husband and I both wanted to be on the financing. They gave us 2 days to jump through all of these hoops, many of which the bank wouldn't even normally agree to. If we didn't complete the process on time they would cancel everything and push the delivery back 2 weeks. By the time we finally got everything ironed out our vehicle wasn't being delivered until April 8th! And the final cherry on top, I paid the down payment with a cashier check handed directly to the delivery driver. A few days later they took the same funds from my account via ACH wire transfer. When I called to have them fix it they told me I would have to go to my bank to take care of it. I will never purchase another vehicle from Carvana.

I'd be surprised if anybody ever took their offers. I can sell my pickup between 10-13K in the market right now. Out of curiosity I went through the offer deal through carvana. They offered $400. That's right. Taking advantage of people who need money is the only thing Carvana would do. They should be reported as a place that takes advantage of people and are just out to put people further in the hole. When looking at what cars they offer the prices are also grossly inflated. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

I ordered a car from Carvana, completed the E-paperwork, got the financing done, uploaded all my documents and got my delivery date. Day of scheduled delivery: The truck showed up with the WRONG CAR then they said so sorry and we will come back with the correct car (I asked to please bring me the car that matched the VIN Number of the car that I purchased!). An hour later I called Carvana to follow up on the issue and guess what? They CANCELLED my order. Told me I could "re-buy" buy the correct car (that I already did purchasing for) if I put down a deposit to hold it since it was not available anymore. The deposit was needed to lock the car so someone else would not purchase it.

Okay, I have screenshots of all the completed items and delivery date so I guess they were covering up the fact that someone messed up and they wanted me to go away.

Please Carvana, don't retreat people this way. I can't believe it. I did EVERYTHING right. And they just Cancelled my purchase because THEY SCREWED UP. Where they covering up their mistake? Did they decide to raise the price and re-sell it to someone else? I wish I knew.

Disappointed
April 7, 2022

My husband ordered a car, rushed to have sed car insured by a deadline. A week later the car was to be delivered by 5pm, he was called at 4:45pm, the day of delivery and told there was a malfunction with the emergency brake while loading the car for delivery. 15 minutes prior to delivery?! So the car was rescheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Apparently they do a "150 point" inspection...? Thats a crock of lies, so now after anticipating to arrival of this vehicle, my husband canceled the sale. We do not want to purchase a PROBLEM. Customer service did ABSOLUTELY nothing to resolve the problem, just canceled the sale. So the customers dont matter and they wanna sell you junk. No wonder Carvana has a bad wrap. Do not do it.

The car was an accident before I received it. Transmission is gonna be going out. The brakes are going out. You either have to get the warranty the day you sign it or you're screwed. I like the car because it's great on mileage. I was able to do a seven day exchange but the other car that we were going to take was not a good fit for Uber Passenger. So I stayed with the one that I got had a whole new contract but their mileage warranty kept running out and it did not start over.
If you take it to a certified repair shop through Silver rock make sure you get the information before you leave because the repair shop might not put it through Silver rock or Carvana and you can be really up a creek. Like I am.
Every time you call and talk to Carvana they don't want to talk to you anymore even the supervisor sent me an email said that I should look for an attorney. That's really unprofessional. Do your research before you buy from Carvana or anyone else and make sure you have a back up plan.

I was in a bad accident so I needed a car really fast with no down payment as my Rent-A-Car was eating up my savings I thought this would've been a good fit for me but you don't know how the car is going to be until after you drive it for 2-3-4-5 weeks and so on
I can't even find a website where I can write a review on Carvana's website. It's like they only want all the five stars and they don't want to see the one stars. It works both ways.
I was supposed to get an inconvenient check because Bridgecrest lost my payment. I'm still waiting on that money.
Ask ask ask a lot of questions to Carvana customer service they will stay on the line and they will try and help you to their basic knowledge that really ask the questions.

To Carvana, I would really inspect the cars no matter how much time it's going to take you guys do them more than 150 inspection go over with a fine tooth tooth comb and make sure that the car was not in an accident. If it was in it does not have a salvage title. Put it on the webpage so people can read it and see if that's the kind of car that they want.
I think that the Carvana staff can be more professional if somebody is working with you they should stay with you from beginning to the end not hand you off to other people. If there was a lemon law or an attorney out in Colorado that I can talk to please send me their information because I sure want to talk to them.
I had the brakes and the rotors replaced by weeks after I got the car. That's too soon for the Brakes to go out.

I purchased a car from Carvana in October 2021 and the same day they delivered it, BROKE DOWN!
They sold me a car that has a parasitic draw, a driver side door lock that doesn't work, bad battery cables, bad battery terminals, exterior damage that was not listed on the website or shown in any of the pictures, and a cut gas line going from the tank.
I took the car to Ford to have the battery cables and terminals fixed, which Caravna gave me a hard time about paying for that even though the car was still under warranty.
After having those two problems fixed that's when I found out about all the other problems with the car. I tried returning the car within the "seven-day money-back guarantee" which they just simply refused to honor and gave me a bunch of BS excuses.
It's now going on the seven-month mark of me going back and forth with Carvana trying to get them to take this car back and refund me my money since they no longer have the vehicle I traded in.
I am currently in contact with an attorney so I can get this problem resolved and finally be done with this HORRIBLE company!

Also, the loan company they use Bridgecrest is just as horrible as Carvana.
They have given me just as many problems as Carvana has.

SO DO NOT BUY OR SELL WITH THIS CARVANA
STAY AWAY!

I called about 4 days into my 7 to return the vehicle and was told if I'm looking to get another from them that I should keep looking and wait to call back on day 6 as it is easier to just change out cars than to get mine back and get another! I'm now at over a month of trying to get my car back and still have no projected date of return! I'm paying insurance on 2 cars because of them, making payments on my car and now being harassed to make 1 on their car! Beyond sick of dealing with them! Save yourself and use a local dealer!

Very Disappointed
March 31, 2022

Was going to buy a Kia Forte 2014, first one hour and ten minutes before delivery the person from Carvana called and said oh we have three things that need attention, rearview mirror loose, motor in driver's mirror not working and car smelt of smoke, so I denied delivery and was told it would be a week till next delivery with everything fixed. So delivery day came and very disappointed the car I looked at online is not the same one delivered. Headlights were discolored and peeling inside of car was horrible, stains on back seats and two big pieces missing on dash by radio and cd player, the guy delivering it didn't even realize it until I pointed it out. So did they have a picture of a perfect car posted and then deliver a 100 percent disappointment. So would you pay over 20,000 for a car like I received. No, Carvana doesn't have a 150 point inspection, I would say not even a 10 percent.

Worst car company
March 29, 2022

I brought a 2016 explorer first they were late bringing it. An when they brought it 3weeks late it was damaged on the hood from they mechanics so I had to put in a claim the first day I had it so I never enjoyed a new car on time. Also after 2weeks the transmission was slipping I have been trying for over a year for this company to accommodate me for selling me a lemon I have even wrote the corporate office I have received no help the only thing they offered is a trade or sell I still owe 15,000 so either of those options will not work for me, I have been ignored an stuck with a car I'm paying them for that doesn't work. So do not purchase a car from this company It is a waste of your time an energy

DO NOT FINANCE WITH CARVANA!
Car buying is already a painful process, and Carvana makes it so much worse.
I do not recommend buying through Carvana at all.
They use a really sketchy company called Bridgecrest. Bridgecrest has an absolutely horrible BBB rating. Just read some of the BBB complaints in the last 12 months alone. Carvana doesn't care, they are happy to work with this sketchy loan company. They are dismissive with concerns about this loan company and refuse to do anything about it.
I'm frankly surprised that they would not do their due diligence and take issues like this more seriously.

Never buy from this company. They have charged me twice for a vehicle and refuse to rectify the situation. Have spent 10 times the amount of time than a dealership trying to fix all of their screw ups. I'm still in Carvana hell.

Paid it off and they still don't have my title or registration. Each advocate has a different answer, and I've submitted so many docs from them expiring several times while being waited out. Legal team contacted with zero response and advocates make up a new requirement each time I call, swearing it's the "last one". SCREW CARVANA. BIGGEST SCAM EVER.

Purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in Oct of 2020. Vehicle had 40,000 miles and a CLEAR Carfax. Vehicle had to have the swaybar endlinks replaced immediately after receipt. Dealership recommended new struts due to leakage, but Carvana warranty refused. Compromised with warranty, and the upper strut mounts were replaced to alleviate the issue. Carvana reason for refusal was that the "struts aren't leaking bad enough for replacement". Vehicle has now made it to 70,000 miles. Paint has begun bubbling/chipping all around the windshield. After inspection by a body shop, it was revealed that the roof has had MAJOR damage in the past. The entire roof skin has been previously replaced, and the repair was done incorrectly. There has been revealed body putty around the windshield, and the corrosion has now begun at the rear hatch. Contacted Carvana about the fact that this damage was not disclosed on the Carfax, and was told that there is nothing they will do about it. They stated it will be an "out of pocket" expense for me. Estimate from the body shop is $6000 to correct the undisclosed damage. Save yourself the time. Go buy a vehicle somewhere else.

I ordered a car from the company, because it was supposed to be easy. Ordering a car is easy, it's actually getting the car that's hard. I really need a car, but here I am, no car to get to work, and instead of getting a car today, it won't come until the end of the month, if even then. I am going to cancel my order and go with someone else, and if they try to get one penny out of me, I will sue them for false advertising, among other things. Not only would I not recommend this company to my worst enemy, I would go out of my way to stop them from making such an atrocious mistake.

Carvana lies
March 5, 2022

I was told the car was mine and a cashier check was waiting for the car to be shipped to my house. Later in the week Carvana said my car was sold to someone else, not their fault. During the week, the price of the car went up. I guess someone paid more money.

The car keeps getting delayed right before the delivery date so what's the purpose of telling people when it will arrive? I am paying for a rental car waiting for this vehicle now i'm seeing you my not get your title which i also cannot risk so I am cancelling my order ASAP
