I purchase flags only from Carrot Top. I have a business on the coast of Oregon and buy the best flag I can, however they still don't stand up to Oregon Coastal weather for more than 9 to 12 months depending. I am pleased with the product and only wish that I could receive them faster without paying additional shipping costs

Tried to order additional flag installation kits and was told I could not order just the kit.

On your website it listed for Federal delivery 2 days which we choose. But the order came a week later UPS. And as a company we don't always have the time to be calling customer service for small issues when we have bigger fires to put out. It would be nice to know that we could count on placing an order and having the delivery as chosen with no issues and peace of mind. Next time we will definitely have to reconsider if we would be willing to place an order with your company or not.
