I am very disappointed in the SIDEWALK MARKERBOARD SIGN - SIGNICADE DELUXE. Your description states, "These message board signs come with 5 neon wet erase markers and feature 'Stay Tabs® designed to keep the sign inserts securely in place. Change your advertising sign in seconds with this sign's Quick-Change® slide in features and use Windex to erase your message." Did anyone test how well the markers that came of the boards? I feel they couldn't have as we tried them out this last weekend. When we tried to use Windex to remove them the color had stained into the white. I am using the markers provided with the " Board. Since the Windex didn't work & I needed to change the message "in seconds" as your advertising claimed could be done - I resorted to trying an ammonia water mixture. To no avail. Disappointment does not even begin to cover how I feel about this product. Melanie

Carrot-top is an excellent company to do business with. We are a volunteer fire department and we needed our flag replaced before Memorial Day. Delivery was made within a few days of the order - our flag was flying high for the holiday.
