I manually put my open door latch into a closed position. When I attempted to close the door it would not engage, and remained open. I tried forcing the latch open. That did not work. I received phone assistance, and it was fixed in a few minutes.
I had been flat towing my Jeep gladiator when I discovered my four-way flashers were on but it would no longer start and I couldn't shut the flashers off. Mechanic 01 assured me it was just a dead battery and that I could get it jumped and everything would be fine. My jumper box wasn't powerful enough however so I called AAA. MECHANIC 01 NEW EXACTLY WHAT THE ISSUE WAS!

I have taken this Customer complaint very seriously in that as a 75-year-old senior citizen living on Social Security. I feel as though a person should receive more than one key for a vehicle they purchased, and the previous owner was actually a lease owner who never turned in the second key. My previous experience Audi has been wonderful all the way back to 1985.
Little by little we ruled out the possibilities until we got to the easy fix unplugged neutral safety switch, which was clearly obviously unplugged once I got underneath the tractor.
Excellent assistance, the technician asked great questions and we tried a number of checks to resolve the problem. Finally he suggested checking the computer error codes, I will need to get a reader to perform that check. He was very helpful.

I had a simple problem which was highly misdiagnosed by mechanics. Did you appears to be very simple and not as expensive as was proposed by these mechanics. The repair will be considerably less expensive to solve than was proposed. So thank you very much and I will use the service again
