I had a fine experience with CARiD itself. However the product I purchased was misleading. The add shows a cover that wraps entire handle. With bent edges, etc. What i received is a flat cut out in stainless. Not the look i was going for.
I'm hearing a noise from the front drivers side window wind deflector. I'm wanting to speak to someone about getting a replacement for it. It's possible that the part got cracked during the installation. Other than that, I'm satisfied. I'm still waiting for my seat covers to be delivered. This is my first experience ordering stuff online like this and I'm not sure how, or what to do to ask for a replacement part. If you're reading this, I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you

When I placed my order, I asked for front and back calibers red for a 2014 mitsubishi outlander sport received the front was not notified that I wasn't going to receive the back caliber. Until I requested information about the item. Was told that I didn't request back caliber, I believe you just sent what you had. They claimed my address was wrong but I don't think it was and then said I missed the deliveryman twice even though the app said no signing was required. It got here eventually though the delivery person ignored my request to put it on my patio and just left it on my fence for anyone to see.
