Claimed parts were backordered - finally checked other vendors and found them readily available. I guess they were hoping I'd forget and the could pocket the cash.
CariD was very attentive to my needs as their was a problem identifying the proper dash enhancement kit for my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude... As a team we worked out the proper one for my Jeep... It was accomplished in a very short time... associates are tenacious, like a bull dog protecting his bone!
Sent me wrong parts. Return process was and is awful. They give wrong and miss information. They made one error after another. Called and emailed them many, many, many times and they still got it all screwed up. They return / customer reps were ignorant. Still do not have my money back.

Ordered molding for my GMC, once I opened the box the cosmetics of it was bad (I guess no quality check) called to get a replacement and it took 5 days for them to investigate and 7 days to send the replacement cause according to them, they don't ship replacements until they receive the bad part. Well that process sucks, no customer value from their part. I sent in pictures and for they could care less, since for them the customer can wait and will wait on them to take their time. Managers, Supervisors and customer service are just trained to lie to the customers, all words no actions what so ever.

Noelle's service was very direct and successful result, very friendly, I liked it very much.So far I have ordered twice from Carid, and all the parts I have received have been a perfect fit for my cars. I first replaced Chrome Vertical Bar Style Grille, they look and work great, TOYOTA FJ CRUISER FRONT STAINLESS DOOR SILLS (NON ILLUMIN.) are awesome and were easy to install. I then decided to replace my SMITTYBILT® ******* - G. E. A. R. Black Front Seat Cargo Cover, and my co-workers say it makes my truck look newer (but I still need to wash it). The new headlights are fantastic, so bright and easy to install. All of my purchases have come well packed and no damage (which makes me really happy), and in a timely manner, which is why I'll be using Carid for my future upgrade purchases."
Car ID is awesome they are very helpful and always provide me with the best service and product of which I want. Ryan recommended a new grille for my 05 mustang and it's perfect and matches the car which was a nice bonus!

CARID guaranteed fit for my Lexus IS350, however they sold me tires/wheels that do NOT fit. They rub against my fender (just the rear to be specific). When I reached out to customer service, they are very slow to respond, I had to follow up multiple times. I called and they dropped my calls. They told me to go roll my fenders and sent me a youtube clip on what needs to be done to roll my fenders. Ultimately, they told me I'm SOL. Do not buy from this place!

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
