They are not clearly stating what you will get before submitting payment. The live chat, however averted finalizing everything. Thank you for that. I did some searching to find a way to check on the Vin of a car I want to buy. Not only is this the cheapest you get so much for your money! The site does take you step by step, which for very impatient people might feel slow, but I liked how simple everything was to use!
