Signed up for $1.00 history report and my card was charged an additional 18.95 with out my authorization. Contacted them on the text number they indicated, but haven't heard back. Waiting.

I got my car information quickly, but I wasn't aware that the $1.00 meant I was signing up for $18.95/month for a year. When I emailed them, Andy was so pleasant, apologized for the inconvenience and promptly cancelled the account. Very pleased with report and with the excellent service
