So annoying!

So annoying! I pick out some people I want to contact for services, pay my money, and then I want to be able to immediately go back to that screen and contact those people. I don't have that at all. This seems like a scam. Wasting my time.

It is way too easy to sign up for stuff you do not want. Very preditory practices, I now understand all the bad reviews. It is also a bad business practice not to send an email of the receipt to your email, I am now wondering if there was an intentional bug in the web code that did not opt me out of all your extra services. I great e commerce web site inculdes a review of your options before you hit submit.

I don't like, "For X Dollars" add this and that… To me, "Premium Membership" should include all add-ons… "Premium" connotes "Top of The Line". All the add-ons cheapen the "Premium Experience".

I don't like that it was not clear up front that I would have to pay at least $40 to see any of the people who might fit my needs. I didn't know that until after I had "submitted a job" and people could start applying to it. While I understand that you want to make money from your site and work, it just felt like a sleazy way of tricking me into it.

Awful sign-up process

Awful sign-up process. Last week, the website said my card couldn't be authorized. I called my card company and they said that the issue was w/Care.com.
After waiting almost a week, and re-attempting today, your checkout site said that there was a problem with my card but still charged me the amount. However, there does not appear to be a second charge and I am hoping that stays the case.

This website and company sucks all you are doing is robbing people blind and there is no simple instructions on how to do anything either so there really isn't anything you can do to fic it at all don't get the point of these stupid surveys nobody actually pays any attention to them at all so don't see the point at all. Just know this website is horrible and so is your company you think everyone is rich enough yo be paying someone that much when all I need is for her to be picked up and dropped off at home I don't need anyone to cook clean or help with homework just pick up and drop off that's it and I can't even do that what's this company good for then I don't need a full time baby sitter just a pick up and drop off I don't need to meet someone for an hour either and pay for that time I just need someone to pick jer up and drop her off but you guys have to make that yask so hard and so freaking expensive I don't understand it at all

The price for the service and the price for the up-sells is outrageously high. I am a landlord and don't charge any where near those prices for back-ground, credit, and tenant services. Furthermore, you don't let the customers know that criminal background checks are not allowed in certain states - such as where I reside.

I thought I was signing up for a $12.95 / month plan, but was instead billed $155 for the full year. The website was very misleading. Now (10 minutes later) I can find no number for customer support to cancel this.
