I did not realize this was a hire yourself, manage yourself arrangement because it wasn't clear in any of the information found on the site - not until I started reviewing candidates, and that is not a good experience for the person in need of services nor those who apply for the job!

It seems to hop between an older coded version and the newer coded version depending on which portion of the page you're in. Some of the flows seem strange and the layout is difficult to navigate.

Care.com is the most horrible service. Most of the profiles on their site are bogus or fake. Although the care taker will show availability but when you go for actual booking, either there will be no response or there will be not availability response. If they are not available then why are the profiles reflecting "available". They scam you into purchasing a membership and then they don't care. Once you have signed up, you cannot get a refund. This app is totally bogus and fake. When you ask for refund they will tell you the non refund policy which was never disclosed to me when I signed up

There is no button to complete a booking, and I tried in two different browsers. This is referring specifically to cleaners that have dates available, and I was able to click on the available date, but there was no option to advance from there. This influenced me to purchase a premium membership that I do not know if I want, is non-refundable, and it didn't solve the issue.

I was taken aback by the fact that you lead a user into the process only to charge them right when the exchange of information begins. W/out performing background checks, the site is useless. Its a pitiful money grab. I won't use this site and will encourage others in my position to igore it. Shame on you.

You guys charge for everything. To post a job and send message i need to subscribe and pay for that, then you ask for money for background check and then again money to prioritize the post.

So far its pretty user non friendly- links do not work, navigation is complicated, nothing is properly explained- total waste of time i dont have. I urgently need help, paid the exhorbitant rate and cant even get past the listing process! Furious. Waste of money and precious time!

I paid for a premium service that was supposed to provide background checks.
They took my money for this service yet never provided it nor refunded my money when they failed to provide.
You can't get anyone on the phone, they won't answer your email, the chat feature will disconnect you and no one will attempt to reach-out to you to assist with your problem
They take your money and you are on your own.
How is this even legal?
