Didn't book got charged

I did not book a dog sitter, but found out one had been booked for me and had to cancel last minute and was charged a fee. Ridiculous! I did not choose anyone. Your website is confusing and hard to navigate. Will never use your service. Ever.

Resumes posted online were informative and helpful. Response by candidates was prompt and respectful. Hired a candidate after contacting and interviewing only two. Asked them to visit our home to meet my wife who has dementia which they did and onc of them was an excellent match.

Excellent doggy day care!

Hannah did a great job caring for our dog for the day. There was a fenced in yard so our dog could play outside. Hannah also took our dog on a long walk and to the dog park.

Convoluted

Messy, disjointed way of communication. The response choices are vague. Applicants reapply even after hired. Their is no way to respond to any applicant that is simple and clear. And then the messages are all jumbled with all applicants. It is just a mess.

I was able to have Connie hired through your organization. The parents were able to talk with Connie and get to know her before they agreed to employ her for the evening. When you are out of town guests at a hotel and do not have personal friends recommending a child care giver, it is a nail biting time. Going through a reputable company does settle one apprehension

unauthorized added needs: the hours, feeding, and meal prep
Most people who applied for the position didn't call after I provided my phone # and asked them to call
One person who did call and agreed to an in-person interview was a no show with no further contact

Briana went over and above to give my old, sweet cat, Frank, gentle and attentive care.
He had plenty of food and water and his cat letter box was very well maintained!

Excellent pet sitter experience

Thank you for an amazing pet sitter experience while we were away on our family vacation! Taylor was an amazing fit for our dogs. Her dedication and kindness to our pets allowed us to have a carefree vacation allowing them to stay in the comfort of their own home while we were away. Her daily updates and photos were a great reassurance that they were doing well throughout our entire vacation!

Outstanding field of applicants

It took us a couple of days to finally get some replies. The profile we left was at first incomplete because we had some difficulties navigating the site. After correcting that we had several great applicants. Wish we could offered them all a spot. We hopefully found an individual to meet our needs.
