This is the third time I've paid for a care.com membership, and I have only ever found one sitter, who we then stopped using because of theft. Last time, I didn't find anyone at all. I'm desperate, so coming back to try again. Not feeling hopeful.

I upgraded to Premium Membership to reply to applications. After one and half week, with applications on my messages page, it is demanding I upgrade to Premium Membership again! I like the caregivers described but I cannot reply.

I tried to add the background check and it said that it would add an additonal charge for the fee of thes subscription. It should have just added the fee for the background check. Definitely needs to be more clear and explicit.
