Its hard to believe that your name is Care.com. I fill out the information requested than I am showed your fee schedule and there is no choice but to upgrade and your forced to sign up for 3 months and than there is additional "add on's" and you make it very clear how you have no problem charging a customer an additional 3 month if they don't set it up properly to stop the scheduled payment. Than I haven't even used your service and I'm asked to rate you. When you feel you have been bullied to get out your credit card and allow you to bill us as you see fit. When families are looking to bring a "Care" giver to their home I would have thought that your company would know that families are already stressed due to their loved one is ill. So yes I did give you one star.

It did not say anywhere that I was going to get billed for the full here up front. I selected the options where it said $12 per month. I am upset about the website not being clear about that. I feel like I was finessed.
