The idea is great and great values exist but I have probably a half a dozen instances where cards were sent to me with zero balances. There should be better quality control.

I purchased a gift card that I couldn't use online because it did not come with a pin #. I sent a request to the company 6 days ago, and I have heard nothing!

My first experience was buying a $100 Starbucks card which turned out to be invalid and a closed account.
This is my first time ordering with this site. After ordering 2 cards at one time I got an email a day later that 1 could not be processed due to no balance. When I received the 1 card that supposedly did have a balance of $500 which I paid a great deal for, there was nothing on it. The coupon for the store I was planning on using has since expired and I am still waiting on someone to contact me about my claim. I also find it strange that in April (when this all happened) I received an email stating it may take a longer to hear back from someone In customer service due to the busy post holiday season?!? Are they referring to Christmas which was 4 months ago. Additionally I found the gift card on abcgiftcard.com but was redirected to cardcash.com so I suppose this review is for both. In the meantime, I am out $395 and will give it another day before I file a dispute with my credit card company. I do not recommend this company based on my experience. You may get lucky and get a deal but pay for it along the way.
I've had success with CardCash before but this transaction was not great. I purchased 7 cards and only 2 had funds. Customer service made the situation right quickly, but it was unnerving to buy these cards and not be able to use them.
The card that I ordered didn't work when I tried to redeem it. The message said, "Account Closed". This was my first attempt. Disappointing and somewhat embarrassing since I wanted to treat a friend.
I buy from here almost weekly. It's a great way to save $$$! When a card won't work - they take care of it prompt - no issues.
I have liked some of the Discounts that are available through Card Cash I have had a lot of FAILURES with redemption at the Point of Sale. Card Cash has been basically good with refunding the purchase amount, I still have to track that I have received the amount that i paid at the time of purchased opposed to Card Cash never tells me the amount they are refunding, just the fact that I am getting refund. Then I have to wait for the refund to show up on my Credit Card and then go back and look at what I actually was charged on my Credit Card for the Gift Card. That is very time consuming. Kind of takes the fun out of buying a Gift Card a Discount.
Next issue is the fact that there is only a 45 days guarantee on purchased Gift Cards. I will buy several when I see what I consider a good buy but it will take me a while to actually use the Gift Card. Sometimes several months. The other problem is if I go to the Website of the Vendor that I have a purchased a Gift Card from and check the Balance of the Gift Card, shortly after that the Balance will turn to $0.00
We received our gift cards within ten minutes. The process was easy, super fast, and painless. We used one that same day.
Purchased a Starbucks card on an excellent flash sale... however card had no value when I tried to use it. CardCash telephone customer service works bankers hours, so I could not immediately report this and recover my cost. However, when finally made aware of the valueless card my cost was returned with about 48 hours.
