I always find great deals for the places I like to shop, and its easy to use. With E-CArds I can get immediate access to the giftcards I buy.
Cardcash is a great site! Really easy to use and there are always a wide selection of places to buy the cards from. The best part is that every day you can find a great deal.
I bought 3 gift cards. Two of them. Didn't work when I took them to the store. I was refunded the money but still had to go through the hassle.
I have purchased F21, Rain Forest, and Home Goods/TJ Maxx GC's and they all worked. The recent purchase was for Benihana GCs. I purchased 9 GC's none of them worked. CashCard was good and refunded me my money after reporting the issue. Just a hassle to go through the trouble.
The Starbucks card I bought can only be used in the store and not attached to my account because the previous owner had it attached to their own account. I reported the trouble to Card Cash and asked for a replacement and was told to just use the card in the store. This would be ok if I knew in advance that this card had limited use but I bought it wanting to put the balance on my own account. This is not the customer service I expected.
I had seen CardCash pop up a few times when searching for gift cards but was always a little hesitant. I saw a really good deal on Starbucks cards and took a chance on the company. Turns out the card had zero value on it. Very disappointed and won't trust with my money again. I was refunded my money after several days but the damage is done. I also would've preferred a replacement card for the value I bought at the price I paid. It was a great deal but too good to be true.
They didn't check the card balance prior to sending. Paid $30.31 for a $50 Cracker Barrel gift card and it was worth $5.93. It was past the 45 days so no credit was given to me. Have contacted the FTC, the BBB and have disputed with Paypal. If you feel you have been ripped off by this company, contact your credit card company and dispute the charge. Most CC companies will allow you to dispute a charge up to 90 days after purchase. If you didnt receive the goods you ordered or you feel otherwise wronged by the transaction, a chargeback gives you a refund when the retailer wont.
The I tunes card that was sent to my email would not work. Card Cash is doing an investigation on it. I have been a loyal customer and now I am being forced to wait for a refund on a card that was defective from the start. You can see why I am frustrated.
Finding the gift cards I needed to make a purchase, the process of processing the sale for 2 cards was easy and fast. I received an email within minutes of finalizing my purchase and was able to use the cards immediately. Doesn't get better than that.
Physical card delivered in 4 days. I always check balance of the gift card purchase and it was correct.
The card had no value, and the customer service was responding very slow like three days, so I filed a claim through PayPal! And got my money back.
I checked the balance on TGIF gift E-mail and it was For $100 and it showed 0 dollars.Don't you check the item be fore you send it out?
Site has better discounted cards than raise and glad there is good fraud protection but disappointed when it gets canceled! Also, issues when checking out and so confused when it times out and no status is available!
I was disappointed that when I went to go pay with one of the cards (email code) that it was mostly used up - I paid for a $25 card and there was only $4 left on that card. CardCash took about 5 days to respond and then, refund that amount.
I've probably had 75% of cards that are "invalid". Those are not zero balance, they are "invalid", meaning someone purchased GCs with stolen credit cards then turned around and sold those to CardCash, then fraud department of credit card company who was alerted by victims cancels/voids all the purchases that was made. So thieves get their money but by the time we (CardCash users) receive GCs, they are "invalid". I wish CardCash would at least check the balance before they ship them, not when they purchase them from thieves!
I purchase gift card for fast food restaurant for my granddaughter who is in college who does not have time to cook and for me for i am retired. I am on a fixed income this really helps
Using one day only promotional coupon to buy the card. The card arrived with zero balance. Explained about the coupon but not reply about it, just got refund as normal and coupon no longer available.
In my experience, the chance we get the correct amount is 50/50 from Card Cash.
Answer: Thanks for bringing up the CardCash BBB rating, we appreciate the opportunity to explain why we have this rating. A few months ago we got into a dispute with a seller who defrauded us. We decided to take this matter to court rather than simply resolve the complaint that seller filed with the BBB. As this complaint remains open while the case is adjudicated, the BBB has downgraded our rating. Once this matter is resolved we expect our rating to more accurately reflect our commitment to excellent customer service and business practices.
Answer: Negative comments because they deserve them. They have the best deals because they have the most scammers selling them cards. That's why they only have a 45 guarantee. The majority of their cards will be zerod out by the 45 days or right after. Then, you are screwed. They WON'T refund your money after that.
Answer: Yes, my brother had a bad transaction with Cardcash. He put a hold through PayPal and Cardcash had to respond and then quickly resolved the problem. Cardcash is the only gift card company that I have dealt with constantly sells bad cards. I know only use giftcardrescue, cardpool, or monster giftcard. Never had a problem with them.
Answer: We have a 45 day guarantee for such occurrences. Please reach out to our claims department so we can assist you. Thanks!
Answer: Of course! You are covered by our 45 day guarantee. Please email [email protected] so we can resolve it immediately. Have a wonderful day!
Answer: They don't. Don't do it. They make it seem like this is a better, faster option but they've taken my $150 cards for over a week now and have not responded or provided me the MasterCard info. Please stay away and report to BBB as this is a common practice of theirs.
