If card they send does not have some or all funds.
It is your problem if at resturant.
Will not give refund on amount you spent.

Getting VERY tired of buying cards that don't work. My last one worked for a while, but then didn't (and it was money lost since it was past the guarantee period!).

This vendor helps me to save money by selling discounted gift cards, i often shop on this site and this vendor usually has better discount than others

I bought two digital gift cards of which both had no value. I called the customer service person who immediately submitted my request for a refund. The refund was processed very quickly.

Stolen information, fraudulent purchase, I am $200.00 in debt because of this purchase. So no, not a good experience.

I have used this site several times with good results. I feel good about going to restaurants that I might not have gone.

Purchased a $100 giftcard and the giftcard was actually EMPTY! Not sure what kind of regulations they have but it screams scam.

What needs to be said I purchased card for Logan's on 4/25. Value had been "stolen" on 4/19 And value reduced to 0 days before I even purchased. Obviously these are not vetted.

You waste all your time picking things out and trying them on only to find there is a zero balance. Had only purchased it 45 minutes prior, so it had a zero balance when they sold it to me. They refunded my money but it took days! To get a refund and I am still out the time it took to look for stuff.
CHECK THE BALANCE BEFORE YOU SHOP!

I found it easy to buy discount gift cards on cardcash. It took only a few minutes to order 2 gift cards. I received the e-giftcard the same day and by mail a few days later.

This is the second time of about 10 purchases that my gift card has been declined at a store. It is embarrassing & a hassle to contact for a refund which takes a few days to show up on my credit card

Easy to purchase and use. We have used multiple cards since we started. If there was ever an issue cashcard has fixed it quickly.

I have had to write to customer support on at least three occasions in regards to non-working e-cards. Considering that I am not a usual
E-card purchaser, that is excessive. I have not had other problems with other e-card issuers. CardCash needs to do their due process on cards they sell before offering them to the public to avoid unnecessary issues.

I have used this website 3 times now. Been able to save over 10% on Movie Tickets, Starbucks Coffee, and Under Armour gift cards. It is fast and easy and I am going to continue to use and save.

Bought 5 cards. First card refused by merchant, it had a zero balance. Checked balance on other cards. A second card had zero balance. Waiting to see how it is resolved. All cards within the guarantee time period. In all fairness, it is the first time it has ever happened. Been a customer for a couple of years. Now waiting to see how issues are resolved.
