I love using Card Cash! I buy gift cards to places I already shop, which saves me money! The gift cards often save me upwards of 30% at restaurants and stores! I have used both the physical cards and the emailed cards, and they are always accepted with no problem! I would recommend them to anyone!

Frustrating and a waste of time because you can't trust CardCash anymore. I have had so many cards deemed inactive or invalid. At first it was embarrassing. Now I check on receipt and it is frustrating!

I have attempted to purchase several items through CardCash and each time I am told that my card is a credit risk. I am using a bank card with plenty of cash to make the transaction. This has become very frustrating.

The first time I made a purchase, two of my gift cards only had half of the face value on them. After working with customer service and waiting over a week to get a refund, I was only refunded half of the amount back. I have since had to contact customer service again to get a full refund. They tell me it will be another week for processing. I will never order again through CardCash!

I ordered and they send me a bogus egift. It was refunded but only after I informed them (several times) the egift did not work. Very embarrassing when I went to make a purchase and it did not work.

Could not believe how fast I got the gift card, have ordered from this company several times and always recieve card within 5min. I stopped shopping other sites purely for the convenience.

Always receive giftcards in a timely manner. Use the site very often and had one bad experience. Not too bad considering how often i'very been back.

Bought a card on April 21 but still not here. Company said we must wait two weeks and now they are closed until Monday. Horrible service!

Tried to play it off like the merchant would still accept it... so I asked the merchant. They turned me away. I forced CardCash to refund me and told them they really need to get on the phone with this vendor since they don't understand the gift cards they are selling.

It took a long time to receive the gift cards. I'd like to use them sooner than later. Nobody answers the phone either.

I had been told that the transactions were very quick by a friend, and my transaction not only was not fast at all, but it got flagged and it never went through. I had needed that card at the moment, and I ended up using regular cash to take care of my issue.

I had a voucher type card for a chain restaurant that scanned as no balance. When I contacted Cardcash they refunded my money within a couple of days.

Purchased a $50 card and it had a zero balance when I used it at TGI Fridays. Terribly embarrassing. I emailed them and it took 3 days to get a response but they refunded my money.
