This is my 3rd problem with CardCash. The discounts are great; but on 3 occasions, when I tried to use the card, I was advised the balance was zero, although I had not used the card. CardCash gave me a refund each time, but their cards are not reliable, unfortunately.
I ordered 2 physical gift cards, both in the amount of $50, from Chick-Fil-A and Smoothie King. The Chick-Fil-A card came in and the $50 was on the card. The Smoothie King card, however, had a balance of $0 straight out of the mail. I will say that I promptly refunded my amount spent and am thankful for that.
I have purchased two gift cards from card cash (from two different accounts.) When I went to use the cards, they had a zero balance. I will not be using your service again.

There's a good chance (approx 20% or 30%) that the card will be worthless after their 45 day guarantee. Sent an email to complain and was told that they can only refund the money if they get it back from whoever sold them the card. Then they go on the explain about "risk and reward" about buying a card at a discount. However, no mention of risk and reward on the page where you buy the cards.
My cards weren't accepted at the restaurant, they couldn't get them to process. Customer service was good though, as soon as I contacted them they refunded my money. BUT the only reason I went to this restaurant and ran up a $150 tab is because I had $150 in gift cert's that I got for 30% off.
Could use the code just a couple minutes later for an online purchase.
So, the verification for everything every time "I'm not a robot" is very annoying.
Bought Cracker Barrel gift card-used it 50 days after purchase-no good.
Contaced Card cash-they siad too bad-should have used it in 45 day period.
The cards that aren't physical cards, but 'e-gift cards' instead, are throwing money in toilet because they're sent without required PINs & unusable.
Has happened before. My mistake to buy again.
The process to purchase went smooth; I received the card on a timely basis and I used it to buy needed things on a discount!
Great experience with them, they tell u when the deal is complete, when they are going to ship (super fast) and follow up after the deal...
Top notch all the way in which the web site and response emails weve very useful. I used the cards from card cash with no issue.

Some time your gift card I bought does not work and need refund. 45 days waranrry seems too short. Raise has 1yr wanranty that is very convenient.

I called the vendor to check the balance. Vendor told me the card could not be found in the system and it had more digits than their cards. I notified card cash. They emailed me and told me it was valid, so I emailed back and asked how they verified that. Nothing but crickets so far.
Always getting the best prices, saving money in stores I already shop at. Will definitely keep coming back.
Bought the card. Tried using the card. Card doesn't work.
Checked with Starbucks and they said card was closed. Useless. Trying to get a refund for my purchase.

I bought an ecard for Logan's Steak House for $50. It was embarrassing to go there and discover the end of the meal that the gift card had no value. I bought it the end of April. Someone had used it in the beginning of April.

We decided to take this matter to court rather than simply resolve the complaint that seller filed with the BBB. As this complaint remains open while the case is adjudicated, the BBB has downgraded our rating. Once this matter is resolved we expect our rating to more accurately reflect our commitment to excellent customer service and business practices.
Answer: Negative comments because they deserve them. They have the best deals because they have the most scammers selling them cards. That's why they only have a 45 guarantee. The majority of their cards will be zerod out by the 45 days or right after. Then, you are screwed. They WON'T refund your money after that.
Answer: Yes, my brother had a bad transaction with Cardcash. He put a hold through PayPal and Cardcash had to respond and then quickly resolved the problem. Cardcash is the only gift card company that I have dealt with constantly sells bad cards. I know only use giftcardrescue, cardpool, or monster giftcard. Never had a problem with them.

Answer: They don't. Don't do it. They make it seem like this is a better, faster option but they've taken my $150 cards for over a week now and have not responded or provided me the MasterCard info. Please stay away and report to BBB as this is a common practice of theirs.
