My wife and I have purchased thousands of dollar worth of gift cards from Cardcash. Usually they work perfectly. Lately, within the last 2 months, we have had at least 5 cards that came with zero balance. One was a gift for my son at college to a local restaurant. How silly do I look when he orders food, and when it's time to pay, the gift card from his Dad doesn't work. Not a good feeling for anyone. Cardcash is always prompt with refunds, but that doesn't help when we got great discounts only to see them gone because the cards ended up worthless. Cardcash doesn't seem to care when this happens. We get cookie cutter email responses and a refund. Seriously considering whether to continue with Cardcash.
I have received cards with balances of $0 on more than one occassion. I actually lost over $100 on one transaction.

I bought a $90 card that wound up having a zero balance on it. When I made CardCash aware of the problem, they refunded the money quickly. I love a company that stands behind their product. I will be purchasing from them again.
My order confirmed and cancelled in a few mins stating high risk which was disappointing. I m a common man not sure what made me it a high customer transaction

I also received a call from my cred card company who was holding until I confirmed the transaction which I approved; but still order was cancelled. There doesn't seem a way to rectify on your site? I regularly purchase gift cards on line from other vendors.
I have received more bad cards than good cards. It gets very frustrating and makes me think why should I continue to purchase cards from this site.
E-gift cards Arrived and had a zero balance and did not work in stores. This was very embarrassing as I was with friends and a horrible first experience with the site. Customer service has yet to resolve this issue.
Card cash should have checked the gift card balances prior to sending them out, because they arrive with 0 balance! What a waste of time.

Take too long to deliver e gift card, not worth the wait if saving is just 2% and possible miss the sales of the store to stake up for extra saving
For some reason, you refused my credit card order - siting some sort of security problem. This was a gift card for my daughter and her fiance' who live in another state. I had told them I had purchased it (Received the email saying it went through) and was going to email it to them while they were in the area where they could use it. Then I got the email saying they weren't going to honor my order. Never again will I use CardCash and I will tell my friends to skip it.
I have ceased using any other website besides CardCash. It is the only website the internet needs. The only thing I don't like is the constant e-mail'ing after the fact about how I need to leave a review on sitejabber.
Not everyone uses their gift card in the first 45 days. I took my gift card to Chipotle and it didn't work. CardCash was unwilling to provide a refund. This is extremely disappointing, I will not be purchasing from the min the future, nor will I recommend them to friends any more (as I did multiple times in the past).
I purchased a $50 TGI Fridays gift card on sale for $32.50. I place an order with the restaurant over the phone and when I went to go pick it up they told me the gift card had a $0.00 balance. I left the restaurant empty-handed and extremely irritated. I tried to contact customer service by phone and was on hold for nearly 30 minutes without a response from a representative so I sent an email claim stating that if I did not get either a refund or a valid gift card that I would file a dispute with my credit card company for the charge of $32.50. They finally issued a refund but I will never waste my time and money dealing with this merchant again.
I've made several purchases at CardCash and been very pleased. They do stand behind their cards also for 45 days. I live in a small rural town and purchase these cards as gifts.
I bought my gift card and loaded to my phone. Then after a week the balance was 0. Someone in Tx drained the whole $50! Do not use, unless you have $ to burn

We decided to take this matter to court rather than simply resolve the complaint that seller filed with the BBB. As this complaint remains open while the case is adjudicated, the BBB has downgraded our rating. Once this matter is resolved we expect our rating to more accurately reflect our commitment to excellent customer service and business practices.
Answer: Negative comments because they deserve them. They have the best deals because they have the most scammers selling them cards. That's why they only have a 45 guarantee. The majority of their cards will be zerod out by the 45 days or right after. Then, you are screwed. They WON'T refund your money after that.
Answer: Yes, my brother had a bad transaction with Cardcash. He put a hold through PayPal and Cardcash had to respond and then quickly resolved the problem. Cardcash is the only gift card company that I have dealt with constantly sells bad cards. I know only use giftcardrescue, cardpool, or monster giftcard. Never had a problem with them.

Answer: They don't. Don't do it. They make it seem like this is a better, faster option but they've taken my $150 cards for over a week now and have not responded or provided me the MasterCard info. Please stay away and report to BBB as this is a common practice of theirs.
