I couldn't register the Dunkin' Donuts ecard because it said it was already registered. Card Cash would not give me a new card or give me a refund. I will not buy from Card Cash again, not worth it if I can't add the balance to the Dunkin app. Who wants to carry around a piece of paper?

I want to love CardCash but after using it a few times, I can't. I have had numerous times where the cards did not work or had problems. Customer service has been great but it is getting old having to deal with them. Not sure if I will use this website again.

Could not be more satisfied with service, have purchased from CardCash many times, easy way to save lots of money.

The percentage you can save ranges, but definitely worth checking out prior to making a purchase (food, apparel, housing, etc.).

I forgot to apply "Extra 6% Off" to my transaction during Checkout. Afterward, I e-mailed the CardCash to see if they could do anything. They promptly asked their refund department to refund me the 6%. What a great customer services! Seeing so many incidents happened in the airline industry recently, the airline industry should learn what the customer services is from CardCash.

I understand I agreed to the 45 day guarantee. I ordered 8 of the same printable gift cards. I did use one within the 45 days and it worked beautifully, but when I tried to use the other ones, it says the numbers are invalid. It was past the 45 day guarantee and I am just out for those 7 gift cards.

I am still waiting to see the removal of the pending charge through PayPal on a deleted order of two cash cards. This is holding up over $600 in my bank account.

Very easy. Ordered friday and arrived on Monday. Full amount on the card. Perfect. Not much more they could do that would make it better!

Site is super easy to use and had several different gift cards for different amounts. Ordered on a thursday and received my gift card by Monday.

Tried selling them my first gift card. Took three business days to tell me they won't accept it because it's "high risk" and to not contact then further about it as they had no more information. So unprofessional now I see why they have a C rating on BBB. Won't be long before the BBB drops them as an accredited business. They downright suck!

One card had $0 on it, and the other had $47 on it but was already registered to another user's account.

Contacted support and received full refund after about a week's time - Would rather have had the product if I could have though.

I recently purchased a $150 gift card for Forever 21. This was a birthday gift for my daughter. She was embarrassed and turn back from the cashier due to a zero balance on her gift card. She spent about a hour shopping for several pieces to be turned away. I'm still waiting on my refund.
