Despite contacting customer service as soon as I finished the purchase, they didn't accept a refund for an active and never used gift card. Very bad customer service and experience.

Highly suspect business. Offers they provide are later denied as "Unable to Validate." This is likely due to some practice of trying to sell your card before they pay out. If it doesn't sell then they deny the offer. Why else would they take several days to "validate" the offer when it takes only a minute.

I input my card which was 100% validated by me to make sure. THEY offered a few choices for the card (other gift cards). I chose one and then waited days for them to "validate" the card. In the meantime I received an email from the "CEO" named Eric welcoming me. Then four days later they denied the transaction stating that my card could not be validated. I checked the card again and verified the amount in exactly one minute.

Use some other business. Just not this one.

Tried for days to buy a gift card. Ended up with nothing and they probably stole my identity. I have never had so many problems just trying to make a purchase on the internet.

Tried to use them for the first time and site automatically rejected my SELL request. So I used their support and provided additional details as requested. And without asking for more they still rejected my SELL request. This is horrible customer service as they should be working with me to figure this out.

I sent in two cards. They are saying they never got them. Uh huh. Kinda skeptical of that. If they end up actually paying me for them, I'll come update my review but right now... pretty sure they just got my gc for free. Only saving grace... I wasn't going to use them anyway so it's really not hurting me any. Really should have read more about them first though. Lesson learned!

I submitted legitimate Lowe's gift cards and they accepted them and verified them and then before paying they declined them. Don't waste your time. Go to Giftcash.com

I sold them my gift cards in exchange for Amazon GC. I never got the Amazon card from them. I have emailed support twice and they assured me it was escalated. I've called twice and they also assure me they are escalating. They say it was resent but I don't have it. I don't have a spam folder.
Don't waste your time or money!

I purchased a SBUX gift card and was unable to add to my SBUX account. It took DAYS to get a response; they email told me they were OK with that. I worked at SBUX for 10 years and know that it's a pain to register. I suspect this is a stolen gift card being sold. My request for a refund was not honored. PAY FULL PRICE and avoid these kinds of scams.

I sent in a Sephora gift card for $30. Only to receive nothing from them after about 10 emails requesting them to send me the card. I still have not received my new Walmart card. They are horrible no customer service the number goes to a service who can't help you but send an email up the channel is what they said so basically they have stolen my $24.30. Don't use them!

8-$100.00 Subway gift cards were fraudulently purchased on our credit card and mailed to us. How? Why? No idea. Also fraudulent charges for digital Amazon gift cards which Amazon handled promptly. Lt took 2 months for Cardcash.com to send us the return mailer so I could return the cards. The cards were received by them on October 12th but as of today, October 23rd, no refund has been issued to our Chase Sapphire Reserve Visa card. More e-mails and calls but no response. Unable to upload my files to your website.

Received gift card as gift, when went to use it gave an error, contacted company and since after 45 days( a joke amount of time) they wouldn't do anything, do not use!

I purchased CVS Select Gift Cards at Cardcash. The disclaimer said that the cards are only good on healthcare. I went to CVS online to purchase Probiotics. The cards were declined. I emailed Cardcash about the problem. They responded that the gift cards must be used in store, It does not say that on their website. I wanted a refund, and they told me they have a no return policy. But the cards are not working for my purpose. They will not give me my money back. If the cards are only good in stores, it should say that it the disclaimer. Bad customer service!

I was really skeptical of Cardcash at first because of all the mostly negative reviews on several sites and even on social media they did not have good comments. HOWEVER, they are a trustworthy business from my one experience!

I was almost scammed into giving three gift cards to a scammer through text. But luckily I realized this before I gave them any codes. So I had three unused gift cards that I couldn't return because of CVS's dumb policy (believe me, I tried calling for hours). So I stumbled upon CardCash and was debating to sell on this website for several days. I researched other sites but Card Cash was the only one that would offer a good deal. I even emailed customer service asking if their company was a scam because of all the negative reviews. Obviously, they replied no.

I decided to take the chance and submit one card at a time and got the exact amount of money they offered on the site (90% of amount on gift card) in a few business days to my Paypal quickly! I was shocked but also so relieved. I continued to submit my two other gift cards and got my money quickly, just like the first card with no trouble!

I am writing this review 6 months after I sold my gift cards because I saw some other review stating that a month later Card Cash demanded a person's money back but this did not happen for me! It's been several months and I did not encounter any problems! Overall I was very satisfied with my transaction with CardCash! I'm not sure if I will trust it forever because I understand and see that people are still writing negative reviews but I wanted to provide some hope for people that it worked for me and may work for you and to share my positive experience with Card Cash!

I was trying to buy 5 gift cards, 1 gamestop and 4 papa johns cards, which in total amounted to around $150 in value. I registered my account, made the purchase, and received a confirmation e-mail. A few minutes later I received another e-mail saying my order was cancelled because my account was marked as "high risk". I tried a different payment method, and again I received the same error message. Spoke to a live agent through their website chat. She said there is nothing they can do about it.
So basically they have a bad security algorithm, but whatever the algorithm says, they will follow even though it marks legit customers are fraudulent; no way to verify id through ID.ME or anything. If your account is flagged as suspicious, game over, no way around it, try another company, because these people won't help you.

I sent them 2 Target gift cards and they sent an email saying they won't accept them. Saying they can't validate the cards. This is bs they did not reach out to me to resolve the issue instead they flat-out denied me. They Suck I will take my business elsewhere.

In my experience, it feels like every other time I purchased a gift card from them, it had a $0 balance. Usually their customer service is very helpful and you get refunded quickly. However, I currently have an issue with a sizable transaction (~$1,000) and their customer service hasn't responded for a month and every time I email/call I get the traditional scam response that it's being investigated. I think I have no choice but to report the charge to my credit card as a fraudulent transaction. Whatever discount you think you're getting, it's not worth it when they eventually steal your money. I'd stay away.

At first I thought cardcash was pretty decent. Then they would take longer to pay. And acouple weeks ago they charged me twice for the refundable fee and I didn't realize it until the next day when I used them again. They charged me a 3rd fee. I am still waiting for the refund.

Waited 3 weeks then an extra one week for them to "check" the cards only for them to consider them fraud. Once they came back I used the gift cards that were returned in terrible condition. All the gift cards worked. Now i have to spend $250 more dollars at Red Robins.

I used a $50 Starbucks gift card and was offered to trade it for 42.18, started the whole trade process but they rejected it after two days and when I checked the balance it was now $44.93. These scam artists skimmed some money off the top and rejected my order. Fake website DO NOT USE
