Sold GC, a week later money still wasn't submitted. Contacted them, took them three days to say that a 50 dollar GC I had just scratched had 4.49 on it. They obviously stole my money and cancelled it. They're playing BS games like Paypal. Figures paypal would continue business with such a shady business. Do not use this site, they require CC info to sell the card - so I'm waiting for fraudulent activity from that as well. Trash/Criminal site.
The app is a great idea but it promises 1/2 days thru PayPal payment. I still haven't received any payment for any of the 3 cards submitted
I purchased a $50 AMC gift card in Sep. 2018 and added it to my AMC account. Last time I check in Oct. 2019, it was still there showing $50 balance since my other gift cards were used before it. However, a few days when I checked again I found the card was gone. I tried to add it again but was told that the account was closed. Card cash gave me standard 45 warranty reply. I think it's misleading ad now.
It applies to a case if the customer hasn't used it in 45 days and lost it, card cash is not responsible. In my case, I already activated it, and it should be my GC which doesn't expire.
I heard nothing back from card cash. I suspect card cash resell gift card which has been inactive for a certain period of time. I have no proof but wish this can be investigated.
Be aware in the future if you buy from Card cash.
Edit: Forgot that I heard from them after a couple of days. Other than repeating their 45 day warranty policy, they didn't do anything.
This is literally the worst site I've used for gift cards. It makes signing in or checking out almost impossible! And that's if you can get the site to come up in the first place. Seriously. They miss out of so much business because of how difficult it is to use their site. This should be basic!
My wife and I finally gave up on dealing with cardcash... WAY too many instances of cards with no balance when received, or a 'disappearing' balance after one use. All our savings in buying cards from them were wiped out with one or two worthless cards. Poor to nonexistant customer service.
My mom was almost scammed. She purchased gift cards for a friend who had been hacked. At least she didn't go so far as to take pictures and scratch off the code, but we received credit for cards we will actually use in only a couple days (though far less than face value).
Sold 4 cards I could no longer use for more money than anyone else was offering. Paypal was loaded quickly. LOVE IT!
Love how you get the MOST money back! Period! Forget pawn shops. Forget kiosks. Just enter info and boom Paypal is loaded with your money!
Happy I could utilize selling some gift cards I had lying around for something I needed to order instead. The amazon gift code was super helpful!
Never got my gift card and no resolution from customer service. Tried to purchase a card 4 times and it just kept canceling the order. Customer service responded to all with the same canned response and no way to help. I am pretty sure this business is a total scam.
The process was super fast! And I received more on an amazon gift card than I could have sold the card for myself, so I'm one happy customer and plan to use card cash again!
I purchased a $100 Panera gift card from CardCash. I used it only twice before CardCash reissued my gift card number to someone else after their 45 day protection warranty. According to Panera customer service, the remaining amount was used in Pennsylvania, and I'm in Chicago. I contacted CardCash about the $84 remaining balance that they stole from me, and they won't help. I will NEVER purchase from CardCash again. They are crooks.
Amazing and when i emailed the customer service they responded to me in couple hours. And I received the gift card back in less than 2 days
I had target card and they keep canceling it. Really not happy with service. 1st they said there is zero balance in my card. 2nd time there was another issue and then when I placed order third time they flagged my card. Seriously
I sold gift cards to Cardcash.com. They state on their website that it will take 24 to 48 hours to receive Arch payment for my gift cards. It has been over 5 days and yet still no payment.
I call their customer service for help and they are pathetic. They basically tell you they can't help and you have to wait. This is a BS SITE do not sell them your gift cards.
So far I've only sold with CardCash, but everything has been amazing. 1-2 day turn arounds (be mindful of weekends) and great % rates if you have the right giftcards. Will be recommending to others!
Great company to work with for giftcards!
Solid and honest no hiccups or bull$#*!.
The only company on the web you trust for giftcards!
AVOID AVOID AVOID
This company has no clue how to manage issues or it's customers. They are in the business of taking something from you to make money and passing it on to someone else to make even more money. They don't care about you. I see numerous reviews saying avoid this company and they are 100% correct. Bottom line, pass your gift cards on to someone as a donation or good deed. Go to reputable companies to buy gift cards. For example reward companies offer reputable services on a variety of discounted gift cards. For those individual who got lucky, good for you, but overall smart people do not do business with companies like this.
I had some gift cards to get rid of (not going to buy $40 worth of bagels). This site was recommended as one of the top 4 to use when wanting to sell gift cards. I went through the registration process (which seemed like forever), entered my gift card numbers and amounts, ready to go - then it wanted a credit card number (seemed sketchy). I did some more research on this company, with positive results. OK so I did everything this site needed me to do, chose a payment method, and got a confirmation. I mailed off my gift cards and a couple weeks later I received my check. Super happy.
Answer: Thanks for bringing up the CardCash BBB rating, we appreciate the opportunity to explain why we have this rating. A few months ago we got into a dispute with a seller who defrauded us. We decided to take this matter to court rather than simply resolve the complaint that seller filed with the BBB. As this complaint remains open while the case is adjudicated, the BBB has downgraded our rating. Once this matter is resolved we expect our rating to more accurately reflect our commitment to excellent customer service and business practices.
Answer: Negative comments because they deserve them. They have the best deals because they have the most scammers selling them cards. That's why they only have a 45 guarantee. The majority of their cards will be zerod out by the 45 days or right after. Then, you are screwed. They WON'T refund your money after that.
Answer: Yes, my brother had a bad transaction with Cardcash. He put a hold through PayPal and Cardcash had to respond and then quickly resolved the problem. Cardcash is the only gift card company that I have dealt with constantly sells bad cards. I know only use giftcardrescue, cardpool, or monster giftcard. Never had a problem with them.
Answer: We have a 45 day guarantee for such occurrences. Please reach out to our claims department so we can assist you. Thanks!
Answer: Of course! You are covered by our 45 day guarantee. Please email [email protected] so we can resolve it immediately. Have a wonderful day!
Answer: They don't. Don't do it. They make it seem like this is a better, faster option but they've taken my $150 cards for over a week now and have not responded or provided me the MasterCard info. Please stay away and report to BBB as this is a common practice of theirs.
