I wish I would have read reviews before attempting to do business with this company. Sold them several gift cards for Gordon Biersch in exchange for Lowes because the GB locations in our area closed recently. Each of the gift cards was new, never used, with the full value remaining. The company requires that some cards be mailed to them and that was the case with cards for Gordon Biersch, so we went to the trouble of mailing them in, only to receive a vague message stating that their system flagged the order as high risk. Baloney, the cards are all valid, full value and never used. They had all the card information from the submission. We sent them in via USPS 2 Day mail which was a waste of $7. I called customer service and was told that there is nothing they can do. The whole thing seems sketchy. Hopefully the cards won't be drained if/when they return them.
Gift cards as gifts are nice gestures. But what to do when you don't patronize the business? In the old days the cards collected dust on my bureau. Now I sell them to CardCash and have cash in pocket to spend where I want. Percentages they pay are darned good, too!
I always use cardcash to sell my unwanted giftcards. They pay you super fast and they pay the best!
It was so easy to use, I sold my gift card that I would've never used otherwise and I received the money in my account within 1-2 business days.
Do not buy from them. They are cancelling my orders all the time for no reason. I called customer service the just sugested to buy again, I repeated 5 more times and they are cancelling the orders... I do not trust this company anymore. Stay away!
I tried buying 2 cards, using PayPal, and was cancelled. PayPal hasn't a clue why this happened. CardCash could've sent the emails to the PayPal email address or whatever. I've used CardPool before but the cards I want are out of stock. I'll buy them elsewhere. I won't do business with CardCash.
I was searching the internet for quite some time trying to find a way to sell my E-Gift Cards for quick cash and after a while of searching, Card Cash allowed me to do just that. I have no complaints other than the fact I wish so much was not deducted from the actual value.
I will keep you guys updated with my experience with this site.
This was my first time using the service, and I was a little skeptical about having to send the physical gift cards after already giving them the pin # (I also didn't opt for delivery confirmation). But the process took about a week from mailing the cards to gettibgvthe money in my paypal. Overall not a bad experience and would do business with them again.
I had an old egift card that I wanted to exchange and I settled on CardCash because it seemed to have fewer bad reviews than others. Was expecting to have to wait a long time once I exchanged my card, but the info for the new Amazon card was emailed to me literally within minutes. Very pleasantly surprised.
When money is needed Card Cash to the rescue. Sell them your useless, to you, gift cards and rake in the money your in the market for.
Used cards at Morton's they said they were fraudulent wrong amount of numbers
I was embarrassed in front of family and friends
Added my cards to sell, then was unable to sell due to the fact they couldn't verify my phone number, unlike every other service on the planet, you can't just enter your phone number, get a code texted to you and enter it for verification, they give you a dropdown of several numbers to choose from that are 'pulled from public sources' and because mine wasn't there they couldn't verify my sale. I contacted support about this and that was what was explained to me. I'm still waiting on them to delete my account like I requested...
Make some big bugs using this site. All kinds of gift cards at discount prices! You can even sell them back on this site to make even more money~
It was fast and easy to get paid with PayPal for my gift cards I had sitting around. They paid me right away and if you see a bad review I would imagen the person is just too stupid to figure out the internet.
The process at card cash to sell unneeded gift cards is super simple. Other sites take days on days to send you an amazon code, card cash had it done in minutes!
As the foster of a litter of hungry kittens, I've used the pet store cards many times to give me a break on what can be very expensive. Rescues help with vet bills and meds but fosters pay for litter, toys and food. My babies thrived and I felt great that I could volunteer.
Another thing I use are the Starbucks cards. Hey, every little bit helps if you love the products but not the price.
Recommended in the AARP bulletin, I was a bit skeptical, but it's easy to use and any discount is a plus (or a minus?). I got two food cards, and one pet-store card. No problems.
Really not much more to say, the exchange rates were very reasonable, it took less than an hour for the whole transaction meaning I had my amazon card in my email in less than an hour. Will use the service again, and would recommend it.
I sold a gift card and received payment from CardCash in my PayPal account within two days. Great experience!
Answer: Thanks for bringing up the CardCash BBB rating, we appreciate the opportunity to explain why we have this rating. A few months ago we got into a dispute with a seller who defrauded us. We decided to take this matter to court rather than simply resolve the complaint that seller filed with the BBB. As this complaint remains open while the case is adjudicated, the BBB has downgraded our rating. Once this matter is resolved we expect our rating to more accurately reflect our commitment to excellent customer service and business practices.
Answer: Negative comments because they deserve them. They have the best deals because they have the most scammers selling them cards. That's why they only have a 45 guarantee. The majority of their cards will be zerod out by the 45 days or right after. Then, you are screwed. They WON'T refund your money after that.
Answer: Yes, my brother had a bad transaction with Cardcash. He put a hold through PayPal and Cardcash had to respond and then quickly resolved the problem. Cardcash is the only gift card company that I have dealt with constantly sells bad cards. I know only use giftcardrescue, cardpool, or monster giftcard. Never had a problem with them.
Answer: We have a 45 day guarantee for such occurrences. Please reach out to our claims department so we can assist you. Thanks!
Answer: Of course! You are covered by our 45 day guarantee. Please email [email protected] so we can resolve it immediately. Have a wonderful day!
Answer: They don't. Don't do it. They make it seem like this is a better, faster option but they've taken my $150 cards for over a week now and have not responded or provided me the MasterCard info. Please stay away and report to BBB as this is a common practice of theirs.
