Cover does not reach rear bumper and does not go to the bottom of the front bumper. Security cable short by several feet. Sent them pictures and they said it will stretch, will not replace with a proper product.

Not happy with CarCoverStore. I notified them that the cover didn't fit. They sent another size that I didn't request. To get a refund, I had to pay $84 shipping for both covers to get my $130 back. I had to get a box three times the size because it came vacuum packed. I asked them to pay the shipping because I was returning their mistake or at least half because they sent a second one that I didn't even open, but they didn't even respond.

I had issues with the fitment of the cover. I received a second one and still the same issue. Now at this point beyond 30 return policy and they tell me I'm stuck with it. The cover is too baggy and doesn't stay on the vehicle all while the front collects debris allowing it to get between the cover and car.

Selling and then trying to convince said customer that the item they purchased was a "custom fit" then changing it "sure fit""while trying to persuade me that the cover is "good enough" is poor business. All while offering me 20 to keep the item I'm not happy with.

Bought the Gold Shield Top of the line all weather protection lifetime warranty for my 2018 Mustang GT. Fit is awesome and for the first 8 months did what was intended to do, protect my car from the outside elements, but after that cover just dont work as advertised anymore when uncovering the car is full of a white powder dust sand like all over the car. I called and they replaced it with a new one but i had to paid $30 for shipping. Again after 9 months now it is happening again I contacted them and again they said i can get a replacement but i must pay $30. I said no and I want a refund, but they refused. I also asked them what will happen the next time and the response was I pay $30 for shipping and get another one. So unless you want to buy a cover that becimes faulty before a year and pay $39 than this is the cover for you. Cover is good at first but it is faulty please do not buy.

Ordered a Gold' level car cover for my classic 4x4 less than one year ago. I've only removed the cover twice in 11 months to start the vehicle and it's already tearing in several places, left rub marks in the paint at the corners of the vehicle, and has left disintegrating gray dust' everywhere (see pics). I asked them to send a replacement and explain why a 'lifetime' warranty product would degrade so quickly. In turn they asked me for a $30 shipping fee to send a new one under warranty. And there's the explanation... the product is actually worth less than $30 and they're just reselling you the same crappy cover over and over via a the 'warranty', at no real loss to them. Stay away and buy a better product from a better company.

This company is not worth buying from from unless you want to throw your money down the toilette. They say they have good quality covers and a lifetime warranty... Well my cover (which I purchased their highest quality/price didn't make it through nine months. IT DISINTEGRATED. I have contacted the company to replace the cover but they have never responded back. I called up their service Dept and they said they would get on it that day, but I have never heard back. I emailed their warranty Dept never heard back. I called up to speak with the manager, they said that he wasn't available and sent me to a voice mail that spoke only in French and would not accept voice mails, I happen to speak French.

Save your money don't buy anything from this outfit. I will have to sue them to get my money back.

Customer service sucks plain and simple. They claim they send confirmation emails and they don't nor emails with shipping info. When you question them about it they rudely accuse you of something going wrong with your email system. There is nothing wrong on my end. I have never had an issue with any company sending emails. They are suspicious because according to the BBB they don't have a street address. How clever. They ignore you when you try to have an online chat and ask certain questions they have no answer for. Hire a lawyer if need be but stay away from these dimwits.

We love this company. We have purchased three covers over the past year and they all fit like a glove. So impressed with their covers.
Customer service is excellent... highly recommended. I'm not a proxy, a real customer speaking the truth about this company.

2018 Mustang Convertible 5 layer cover fit perfectly. Easy to get on. Just start with one of the mirror pockets. Work your way around the car. Like putting on a fitted sheet. Unscrew the antenna so you don't have to guess at where to punch the hole. Looks to be a great cover. Will be probably just used inside when the car is in storage. The bag it comes with could be a little larger but I got it in. Still 5 star!

Transaction on Carcoverstore.com was very easy and they take PayPal. Shipping was free, price was discounted and shipping was on-time.

Received cover. Fits good. Good quality. No problems there. However the cable and lock that are advertised as included with the cover didn't arrive.

6 months later, after numerous emails, and numerous assurances from them that the cable and lock would be sent out "today", it finally arrived. They offered a 15% discount as a goodwill gesture. 4 months later, after numerous emails it arrived as well.

Happy with the product, but probably will not be a repeat customer based on their inept customer service.

I have a camper shell on my truck, which most companies don't offer a cover for. I was lucky to find carcoverstoe.com who informed me that it wouldn't be a problem. I took his word since they offer a 30 day money back guarantee so there was not much risk to believe his statement. I'm writing this review tod y to inform you guys that if you have as hell or any modification on your truck this is the ocmany to go with. I have never had a cover that fits so well.
