Easy, quick ordering. The product should work well for me based on other comments.

I have received the cover while I was away. I how ever have not applied it to my vehicle. I will try it next week after the vehicle has been cleaned up,

Easy enough

For a 'custom' fit cover and the price paid, it's not that great of a fit, but it will work. Sort of disappointing.

So far the experience is okay.

I haven't even removed the cover from its shipping box yet, having received it only yesterday, but I'm pleased with delivery time, and also this survey, which indicates to me your company is interested in customer satisfaction.
If I DO have a problem with the cover, that will be a separate issue.

Easy website to use, good to find a well-fitting cover for my **** Mercedes benz convertible at a reasonable price.

The star system or ratings is displaying oddly on tablet, so I went to laptop- still way too large. Website has an issue.
This is a gift and there was no where to inform you.

Very easy to complete order. Description said pocket for antenna. Instructions says cut a small hole for antenna. How can it be waterproof if there is a hole for the antenna? Description misleading. We have ordered car covers from other companies and will probably go back to that company, even though they are more expensive, if we ever need another cover.
