Package came really fast. I am surprised because, with what's going on in the work right now (covid-19) shipping is usually pretty slow right now. So first impressions of the other items that I ordered feel lower quality than I am used to. But over all they should get the job done. The material of the car cover seems really strong. The storage bag that it comes in is big enough to fit the cover back in folded up, which is nice. I haven't got to test the cover out in harsh weather yet. I have high expectations! Let alone testing the fitment of the cover. I need to wash and wax my car before I do that. Over all I would recommend this cover to anyone interested in protecting their investment! Great product.

Great and easy to use cover
I've obtained two separate car covers for my Toyota Tacoma (with camper shell), both deteriorated within two years. I applied my 10-year warranty, which was approved (via email), being required to pay shipping only. I called to place an order for a replacement car cover and was informed by a "Supervisor" the employee approving the warranty made a mistake by not charging me a "Prorated" charge of $44.98 plus shipping. This "Supervisor" was extremely rude and argumentative as I tried to resolve this "Prorated" charge. I informed her I had a 10-year warranty and the product was defective. The "Supervisor" placed me on hold several times and eventually stated she would waive the shipping charges, but the "Prorated" fee would be applied. I declined her offer, stating I refused to pay the "Prorated" fee. Again, I was placed on hold. After several minutes the "Supervisor" waived the "Prorated" fee, but increased the shipping fees. I requested to speak to her Supervisor and she responded "I'm it. There's no one here higher than me." Being frustrated having spent nearly 1-hour dealing with this mess, I accepted her offer. The "Supervisor" stated my car cover would be shipped on Monday (April 27th) and she would send me a confirmation email. I never received this email. I sent CarCovers.com several emails, which were also unanswered. Today (April 28th) I called Car Cover.com (they will only answer their phone if you're placing a "New" order), and was informed I was giving the wrong Order Number and that my replacement cover had not yet been shipped. I was given the correct order number (my credit card has also been charged for the shipping fees) and was ensured the cover would be shipped today.
All I can say is Buyer Beware. I will no longer be doing business with this company.

Answer: It seems to be. The problem is that they do not know how to sell the product and they do NOT have a liberal return policy.

Answer: Their products are made in CHINA, and you know exactly what that means when it comes to quality,(or lack of), stay away!
Answer: I had the same problem and their Costumer service claimed their fit guarantee is not valid because of a "modification" note box at the very bottom of the checkout process. They did provide an exchange (at my cost) but the larger cover still does not fit correctly. I would not recommend them for motorcycle covers.
Answer: Sorry: www.CarCovers.com provided me with zero/no free gifts. All they wanted were additional NONSENSE fees.
Answer: Yeah looks like fleece but started to breakdown into dust on my car after only 6 months and bought their "best" cover.
