I am very satisfied with the overall experience involved when buying a product from this company. The product was available for a great price, it was shipped for free, I received the product very quickly with no issues. My only complaint is that the motorcycle cover I bought is a little too short for my motorcycle. I wouldn't be upset if this was an issue of me just picking the wrong size, but I went through the website's online system where I input the make, model, and year of my motorcycle and the website recommends a cover that is made to fit my bike. The cover fits from front tire to rear tire, but it doesn't come down low enough. The lower fairings, some lower engine components, as well as the lower parts of both wheels are still exposed leaving them vulnerable to collecting dirt, sand, pollen, etc...
