I experienced latency issues several times at two physically different locations while using my iPad to place my order on 8/11/14. While I found this frustrating your site layout looks good and your workflow is logical. The price was good and the product was delivered within the time frame promised. I would use CarCovers.com for my next purchase.

UPDATE: Received the covers very quickly with everything I ordered in perfect condition. The only issue I have is that there is not much given to strap the covers to the vehicles. They try and sell you those products before you checkout. The first big storm I experienced ripped both covers I ordered off my cars with ease, because I hadn't had time to get straps to secure them to my cars yet. The covers themselves are pretty great though. Just make sure you have bungee cords or you buy what they offer to keep the covers on during wind storms.

How to clean the Cover?
Got covers for 2 Harley's, a sportster with a windshield and a superglide with leather saddlebags and a medium rise sissy bar/luggage rack added. The material is heavy gauge and the elastic is stretchable but snug around the bottom. The sportster cover fits great! The superglide cover is a little short due to the sissy bar keeps it from coming all the way down and covering the lower half of the wheels. And it just covers my exhaust. Overall I like the covers and the ordering/delivery process. I'm getting ready to order another for my son's 2006 Suzuki GSXR-600.
