Excellent, very easy

It was very quick, easy, and fast.

Covers ordered for Suburban and Jetta were excellent quality.

Had a little problem in the shopping cart area, at one point I had 5 car covers in my cart and only wanted 1. If not for that I would have given you 5 stars!

Your web site is too hard to get around in. No way to use prom code as suggested (Summer 14). No obvious way to correct amounts & your chat form needs an obvious icn for "sending". Did not get a statement to print out. Larry was not helpful. Product did not arrive for 16 days. I had to call customer service to find out the hold up which was due to an error on your end.

Easy to navigate website, good product selection, excellent pricing and on time delivery. What else could a customer possibly want?

Web site easy to use and the product is of a good quality.

As yet I have not put it on the car to evaluate performance. Thank you for following up.
