Nice guy I spoke with on the phone concerning an issue with a previous cover I bought, seemed concerned and happy to answer questions. I received the cover in three days and its a perfect fit...amazing quality, couldnt be more pleased. The cover i bought from carcovers.com a year earlier for another car was a poor fit but the recent purchase is great.
So far so good. Let's see what we get. Thought that I had ordered a felt lined one...my mistake. I had emailed customer service with my order number asking if I could upgrade to a felt cover and I would mail the one I received back. No answer from them so, I am returning the cover (without the other things I had ordered) back for a refund. Thank you anyway.
Great overall. But no email confirmation for orders or shipping. That would have been better.

Very easy and quick ordering
Our car cover came sooner than we expected and the fit was perfect - with a bit of room to spare. It arrived just in time for the snow.

Quick easy good value
Loved the product options, the ease of purchase, original price and super quick delivery time. My only issue was with the misnomer of 'free shipping'. It was not really 'free shipping' given that a $25 dollar 'handling fee' was added on to my credit card after I made the online purchase, a charge that was not identified prior to the transaction. Combined with an additional duty tax for shipping to Canada, I paid over $60 more than the stated price.
It was great shopping with car covers.com.
